@bt_uk what’s the deal with loyal customers not being offered the same packages as new customers? Looking at the 500 fiber with no landline £45.99 for new, when I login to upgrade my current package £69.99. Where’s the incentive to stay?

@bt_uk Just had an email about this digital voice. We have NO mobile signal so you’re saying if broadband goes down I can’t call 999? Sounds really useful!!!!

  • dhydesf David Hyde (@dhydesf) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been on the planet for 41 years and your home move is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, hours on the phone, broken promises and a month without WiFi

  • ads9742 Adam Gregory (@ads9742) reported

Once again @bt_uk have missed a fix date for my Internet service. Not sure why I'm surprised as this has been going since 21/07. Embarrassing shocking service

  • danieldurrans Daniel Durrans - Anti Fax 📠 (@danieldurrans) reported

@bt_uk It sounds like the solution will be for me to switch to an ISP that allows me to use my own router.

  • ItsMulderTime Derek John Mulder (@ItsMulderTime) reported

@bt_uk since no one wants to discuss a better plan going forward I’ve checked with @SkyUK and not only do I not need to speak on the phone their payments are cheaper by £8 a month. Why did no one want to help? You’re happy to let me go then? Lol

  • vaux70 tracey harris (@vaux70) reported
