@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk 3 weeks and 3 engineers later my 75yo father in law with Alzheimer’s still doesn’t have a working telephone line. So far been on a call to BT for 45 mins and have had to relay the saga with 4 different people and still no further forward. Can someone please help

.@bt_uk It's now 3 WEEKS since I reported loss of internet & landline and have just been sent an update that u wont fix the broken cable until the 29th Dec! There's no mobile signal here so I have NO communication with work, Uni or family.

@bt_uk another wasted phone call. Yes your BB will be back on today I promise was the call last Tuesday. Today another call, sorry it’s not going to be back on. Your processes for rectifying this issue look to be nonexistent. Incompetent

@bt_uk Seems like the team in Enniskillen is just as unhelpful as the rest of BT. Probably just need to be grateful no trolling from them yet. Wonder do they go on the FB Customer complaints site set up by BT customers and harrass us like some of their colleagues eg Viki?
