    @bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

    @bt_uk order a upgrade on broadband package on 22/02/22 and haven't heard or received anything, current tariff about to run out, live chat is just a roundabout of nonsense and always get hung up on by the support line! Help please

    @bt_uk think the problem is i dont have a broadband wire coming from the pole outside because somone crashed into it 2 weeks ago, i was told it would be fixed in a few days, then a week, then 2 weeks and now u want another week minimum. jokeman

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve been on the phone since 8:03am (5hrs 9mins) and not one person can help me. I’ve been promised 3 callback that never happened. You cut my services off for no reason and I’ve lost 5 hours work! Your values are “committed to excellent customer service” I’m disgusted

    @bt_uk /2 The sales team person was only prepared to contact me if I was ready to sign up. I NEVER sign up on the doorstep. Your sales process just lost a customer. And I bet I’m not the only one.

    Do love it when @bt_uk leave u without interent for 2 weeks then on the day they are ment to fix the simplest problem they say its gonna be another week minimum, ive played a ******* season on 4g 🤡🤡
