    @BTCare UNBELIEVABLE! “Major outage” in my area from 24/8. Online status msg STILL says “shd be fixed 26/8” Auto phone msg: “expected 2 b fixed in 2 hrs” -FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS! Calls to non-UK call centre go round in circles, disconnect. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD @BT DO SOMETHING??!!

    @BTCare Still same message 23.00 6/9/18! “Reported Fri 24/08/2018 at 07:44 PM. Expected completion Sun 26/08/2018 at 06:00 AM” still no Netflix etc. WTF is BT/OPENREACH doing? Joke of a service

    @BTCare 2 of 2 every time I get through to technical help it get cuts off, not resolved or sticking plaster fix. I would like a PERMANENT fix

    @BTCare At a wild stab in the dark, I’d say lack of mobile signal as indicated in the top right of the picture I sent you. This is 6th outage on both sims in last 4 weeks. Please advise your accounts dept that payment is available but withheld until issues are resolved. 1 of 2

    @BTCare All I am getting back from BT is ‘I can’t’. Yet if I can’t or don’t pay my bill I get disconnected. So glad BT have circa £1500 off me for a service that is at best 50% of what I am in contract for.

    @BTCare Hi Dale - I’m a business customer. It’s now fixed itself without me changing anything, and nothing on my network can cause routing failures on your network in Croydon.

    @BTCare Both. Been slow since we moved despite promises of more speed than Sky. Our phones usually drop but Today neither of our iPhones are connecting at all (we get a “log in” page but it doesn’t load).

    @BTCare This is nothing to do with the way I feel, though I understand why you wish to distract from your telecomms woes. The BT fault page will not load, phone lines are swamped and meanwhile it's business as usual for BT, unable or unwilling to provide the service for which I pay.

    @BTCare I spoke to them. They say there is a problem with the Yahoo server. Why don’t you say this on your website and keep people updated? #Frustrating

    @BTCare fancy explaining what the hell is wrong with your internet today? Because we are 5 mins away from calling Sky to switch back. Waste of money and rubbish customer service.

    @BTCare hi, absaloutly outraged that we are still waiting after 5 weeks to have our internet set up after being told 5 days. Noones helping, making a formal complaint on all platforms if this is not done!

    @btbusinesscare phoned again to report the issue this member of staff has sent ANOTHER engineer out who has once again informed me he cant fix anything because BT have cut my number off This is a disgrace completly & utterly disgusting that im still in the same position as day 1
