@bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@bt_uk If thats the earliest it can be fixed, that is such poor service. Furthermore, during a cost of living crisis, I will be losing days of pay. How will we be compensated for such?

@bt_uk customer service is poor, we have no broadband due to network outage and unable to check status as we don't have a landline with you. Need Internet as I work from home.

@bt_uk If Thursday is the earliest it can be fixed then this is terrible service. During a cost of living crisis, I have and will lose days of pay. How will we be compensated for such?
