@bt_uk @bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

@EE I pay for a service I am not getting a also have about 18 months left on my contract and your owned by @BTCare Thai should now t be happening and it's not just me am gone by Christmas if it not fix just as bad as @tntsports cut out on all channels 🤔🤔🤔🤔

@btbusinesscare I’ve tried 3 times today to sort our broadband fault & your team disconnect me. You changed us to digital, removed our critical care (without telling us!), now we have no broadband and no mobile signal. Is this the way you like to treat small businesses?

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare
