    @bt_uk I’ve DM’d you, I’ve spoken to customer services/care and STILL WITHOUT even basic calling abilities on either contracted mobiles. Day 5, and apparently there are no issues. I am in direct line of site for a mast, was stood under the mast earlier and ZERO SERVICE

    Hi @bt_uk moved house on Fri and engineer was here to do simple activation of fibre broadband. He left saying there was an issue and have heard nothing since. Been on hold for 35 mins now. Tried online chat help but no one available. Customer experience is terrible

    @bt_uk After waiting hours to get through to someone, for them to put the phone down and not call me back is disappointing. I’m having to make all the contact to you guys.

    @bt_uk My bt system hung on 2 of the three discs, had to remove power from all three , wait, then restart each one in turn to recover. £5 to a broadband charity if this was a one-off, unique, never happened to anyone else before problem.

    @BTCare are a case study in poor customer service. More than 1 hour on hold so far, spoken to 3 people (1 incredibly rude) and still not through the right team. I’d cancel my contract but I’m tied in until Jan ‘22

    Moved to EE for bband to get a better service for 3rd of the price but then slap on the wrist BTs term. charge offsets all gains! @BTCare

    O 👏🏽 K @bt_uk you’ve just edged me to the end of 2020 + left me for dead with no internet, ON 👏🏽 MY 👏🏽 WEEK 👏🏽 OFF 😭 — a cool mum millennial like me relies on that thing. Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, NowTV, Instagram, PlayStation... chile my **** signal flat can’t handle this!!

    @bt_uk Asked to pay for a more expensive deal each month, not only that charges for delivering new equipment, and charges for an engineer having to come out. No apology, and if I don’t agree to this and decide to just go to another provider I will be billed £300 for a broken contract..
