@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

@bt_uk Tried calling twice to cancel BB order as got a better deal elsewhere. Both times call disconnected as soon as I got through. 1st time 43 minutes. 2nd time 59 minutes

@bt_uk what does it take to get a connection? Trying to be ur customer but after a month of failed attempts to connect to existing fibre including giving @OpenreachHelp engineer tea for 2.5hrs I’m starting to rethink. Not good for #NHS #GP trying to work remotely towards #covid
