Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

Yes, when rain starts the internet goes down within 60 secs but then comes on again after 5 minutes or so, even if rain continues; it's just the starting of rain that has the effect ! Whenever doing important on-line transactions we often check the sky first !
