    Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

    @bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

    OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    Very frustrating that @btsport don’t play every game on tv on the opening weekend!!! On top of that the unfair tv schedule is just ridiculous!! @londonirish have no more that 4 games shown! @Saracens have 9!! Irish and other teams never get chances #COYI #londonirish #thoughts?

    @bt_uk Shocking service all round. Moved house, used to have sky but as bt supplied new house went with them. Worst decision ever. They dump your boxes for you to install yourself,solve tech issues yourself, they don't respond quickly either. Going back to sky & say to bt bye!

    @bt_uk So,another example. Watched Nicola Walker in annika via alibi TV on sky, 1st episode. Tried to catch up on bt, apparently virgin & sky work with alibi but not bt with new customers. You can't even have a complete content TV service with bt so what's the point?

    @bt_uk BT has left me with no broadband! Upgraded on Thursday and switched off at 12:30am. Openreach have confirmed nothing wrong with network. BT say nothing wrong there end. Wish I had never tried to upgrade. I have been left with nothing for £60 per month. Shocking service!!!

    @bt_uk HELP. The tn baby monitor I paid £150 for is faulty and I need a replacement but your help desk just rings for ages and then cuts off. This is not acceptable. For the price you pay it should have no issues. But a quick google shows it’s common with this product. 1/2

    @bt_uk 1/5 Complaint-VOL013-612582541921 : Broadband install booked for the 1/9. You did a survey in Aug. 1/9 rolls round and you cancel ON THE DAY. I call support,they say I’m not entitled to any compensation despite working from home…and you don’t know when it can be fitted!

    @bt_uk Hi thanks for asking, not sure I can’t check until I’m home tonight. I spoke to a few gamers lastnight at it seems we were all BT broadband customers. Maybe your network had a few issues lastnight from about 11pm?
