@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

A gentleman called Iain contacted me from @bt_uk, calmed me down & actually listened to me/ understood how long term this problem is. For a disabled person, my internet is my connection to the world & he understood that. Engineer coming out tomorrow & Iain will call back tomorrow

@bt_uk @Divinadecampo I suggest you take your own advice and fix my fault. Its been 3 montha. I have no wifi. You swnt me a hub which has lost internet 87 times in 6 hours. How can i WFH and kids have live lessons with that?
