@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

@bt_uk He advised he needed access to a neighbouring property for some reason, so apparently my service (or lack of) now depends on the availability and cooperation of my neighbours. Basically, he knows what the fault is but cannot fix it, which begs the question, why have engineers?

@bt_uk He said he, and I quote "left a note".... The issue isn't within my property, it's in a box located on a neighbouring property which is "shorting out". So the engineer left simply saying he'll let me know when it's fixed, which leaves me in complete limbo, no further ahead.

Excuse the moan, but @bt_uk are the most useless company I’ve ever dealt with. After a *month* of failing to fix an internet outage, they marked the issue resolved when it wasn’t. Now back to the beginning, being told to wait another week for an engineer.

@bt_uk mines ****** , and after being told 2 appts ,no engineers showed ,and Still not working , 11/11/22 , been waiting 1 week , and 4 x 30 mins waiting on phone only to be cut off ,, absolute joke
