@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@excoundrel @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Honestly if you are having openreach issues might be worth looking into switching to virgin media (even though I hate their customer service) because of no service you'll be entitled to early termination, unfortunatly every UK supplier bar virgin uses openreach I believe

@bt_uk Apparently traffic lights etc have been booked so that our fault can be fixed on Sunday 20 June. Your fault tracking page takes no account of that, it currently promises a fix on Monday. What is the point in that page if it's so unreliable?
