@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk I am sorry for delay in setting the BT account up, @TalkTalk will not allow us to cancel - even through there is not contract - they either hang the phone up or cut us off mid-chat on the online option. We have been trying for 6 days now to cancel
