@Liam_Houghton98 The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out.

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@bt_uk Hi, I’m not sure what to do then as Virgin say it is a broadcaster issue not a provider issue. He previously had the red button available but it’s disappeared. Could you advise who we are meant to speak to so we can get this sorted? Thanks

@bt_uk Thanks, they must have still been working away on it late into the night because it came back on some time after 10pm. Was just trying to make sure there was nothing I could do to help.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp day 10 of no internet, more broken promises, no reason given and constant failure to update. Two adult care key workers having to use leave as we cannot fulfil our full duties. Your incompetence is beyond belief, and effecting care services.

@bt_uk I had it installed in July and then it took 6 weeks to get a signal and Internet it has now gone again and everytime I speak to someone they don't know what to do. I'm fed up now if the fibre does not work stop selling it in my area. The service is definitely not what I was sold

@bt_uk I do hope so. Today's was meant to do just that. Given it's 2020, could I suggest the engineer texts when they're due on site? When I called at 13:40 ish to enquire where my 8am to 1pm engineer was, was told he had visited and resolved the problem.
-

After yet more phonecalls, it appears @bt_uk sent the WRONG engineer AGAIN, despite knowing what the fault is they have sent someone who is unable for repair it, that's twice this week already, he also never called us and decided to try and close the complaint.

@bt_uk No thanks, I already pay £54.99 per month - the service should really work for that sort of money and without having to pay extra - I'll stick to the cables!
