As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasnโt fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I donโt want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
