As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a Β£18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
