  @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

  @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

  @bt_uk I've now texted ADVISOR to that number. Wifi is slow, I can't get onto certain (reputable) websites today (but can via my phone without wifi switched on), and devices are often telling us it's a weak or unstable connection. So there's clearly an issue.

  @bt_uk You aware of some ongoing DNS issues? Some services and site not connect. Epic Games & Workday would be goo examples of those i cannot reach. Seems down detector has seen a lift in reports aswell.

  @kernowimmigrant @bt_uk Been hitting the same issue, ongoing for at least an hour or so and noticed it impacting traffic into AWS. VPN is a workaround but can't use that easily for all devices.

  @bt_uk @VictoriaGoldma2 Hey could we maybe get a statement on the fact that BT is now the third highest thing on down detector? maybe a little statement saying that the service is experiencing issues?

  @bt_uk A number of BT customers are reporting issues with connecting to PlayStation online services this morning. ‘NAT type’ is showing as failed. Any help for us?
