    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

    @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

    @bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    Don’t think @btsport and @YouTube will be holding there heads high tonight. The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

    When you pay £7.99 (!!) for on the go internet with @bt_uk and you have to log in every 90 seconds to use it! 😡 not happy at all and nothing on their help or FAQ’s about connection issues!? 🙄 help!

    @bt_uk The big issue with BT is not WiFi but the internet access behind it. I have halo which gives great connectivity to a bad internet service. 7mbps on a good day with no prospect or visibility of an improvement.

    @MoRodgers4 @bt_uk Why don’t you just cancel your subscription? It is not like the TV licence. No one is forcing you to pay. You also might wish to consider that all Scottish BTsubscribers are not Nationalist raving moon howlers like yourself, so “our money, our rules” is not a great argument.

    @bt_uk asked for an explanation why I have to wait 7 weeks for you to switch from one broadband customer to another, why I’ve spent over 25 hours on calls with you, with no resolution - all I got was a text saying “open reach are doing something or other”. Terrible cust. service
