@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

Will never understand why @btsport @btsportufc mute a little bit of swearing in the post fight interviews but fine with the fighting/blood etc. What are they trying to achieve? Super weird especially when you’ve paid for the PPV so want to consume the entire product @ufc
