    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

    @bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk gutted as queued from 8am. Got a PS5 in basket and then the system asked us to login again and refused to recognise log in. Left us staring at product in basket. Where does brand loyalty get too?

    @bt_uk I would have expected a real resolution to the issue, rather than "sorry". I have given BT notice I was told I need to give (over 2 weeks), yet it is still not enough. Clearly you value new customers more as new installation for the same product was available 3 weeks earlier.

    @FPL_ToonArmy @DJ_Digital_D @bt_uk You guys are not thinking clearly here. They allocated the codes to every BT customer to make it FAIR. It would be an absolute outrage if they only sent it to 1000 random people and half don't use the code. They told you they dropping it at 8am too, first come first served.

    @bt_uk ... I had to cancel my existing order and request a new one. Your system is incapable of accepting a new order with current one pending, so I was told my current order would be cancelled and someone would call me the next day (yesterday) so that I can place a new order with you.

    @knight247 @bt_uk Bt have actually been the only ones to do things right my dude. Don't think it was even possible for bots to get through this. Captcha at the start of the the queue, unique codes for every customer, site didn't burn down. Best launch so far. Sorry you didn't get one mate.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I am about to call the ICO and Ofcom due to constantly receiving calls, texts and personal information about another customer. Over 10 times I have called, waited for hours to get through to have my number removed and I am still getting calls
