    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk And despite all your assurances and promises 2 weeks ago I don’t have a working telephone line, a working broadband hub or Wi-fi. You can’t even keep your word on the promise that you would call me this morning to fix the issue!

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

    @bt_uk I’ve been waiting since 17gh November for my internet and tv but still waiting I had 4G for 1 day but then my service was cancelled because the previous owners had bt and cancelled their service so they just turned the house off I have another box and hub now 1/2

    @bt_uk Poor customer experience ! Still awaiting set up to be done - amount deducted twice. Instead of getting refund , getting message that amount is still due and broadband set up won't be done till amount is paid.

    @bt_uk I’m having problems with my homehub when using certain streaming apps I keep getting disconnected from my hub I was also having problems with my PlayStation connection but found a work around by turning down the mtu settings

    @bt_uk The issue resolved itself but can't see how to tell BT it's resolved. I don't want an engineer to come out for no reason and potentially charge us. Live chat doesn't work and no option to resolve the ticket.

    @bt_uk yes i am. I upgraded to a new hub which was supposed to solve these issues and they're now worse. So I'm paying more for worse connection.

    @bt_uk Thank you to BT engineers who turned up when/as promised, Tues, DL12. Parents were cut off 3+ days incommunicado, no water, lighting, heating landline (OR mobile, masts down) BT engineers found no fault, loaned parents analogue phone, back in business. Am buying analogue phone.
