I can't use the service status page because I don't have a land line number and the tech support guy I spoke to had no clue what he was talking about. At all. It just disconnected and reconnected again as I type this.

It was supposed to be fixed after 11pm but it’s still not working so there’s no clear info. There’s no info on what it is or how it’ll be fixed
