Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Kevin Chubb (@swanseagas) reportedIt only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.
