I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk I have no mobile signal and no broadband for a week now. I rely on Wi-Fi calling. I am now facing being without TV, Talking Books and broadband until the NY. I am on the vulnerable list - heaven help the rest of your customers!

After 5 years of not being a @bt_uk customer, good to know not much has changed. First action as a returning customer.... is to raise a complaint even before I have service due to missed install. Wonderful!!

@bt_uk Not doing enough. I am old, disabled and partially sighted and on the BT Vulnerable list and have been without broadband in a no mobile signal area for a week now! Have been told no chance of a repair until the 27th! So TV, no Talking Books and no broadband until the New Year.

Signed up to @bt_uk after a total nightmare with @TalkTalk . BT wanted £127 to set up. Called to cancel when they told me that. Now getting texts saying they plan to come set up on Christmas Eve. Don’t waste your engineers time. @SkyUK I choose you! You better not be ****!
