10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk 3 days I've been ringing only to be told you're busy and you hang up. 4 days I've had a case created and not a single response. My sons been without mobile for a week now. Is this the level of service you provide, especially when I have halo 3 too. Absolute joke.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I feel the next few days setting up BT etc could be challenging if our experience was anything to go by. HaveGin standing by for when you are defeated. Took us 4 days & a rude BT operative suggested I buy a booster from Amazon. All good now though no thanks to them.Good luck
