@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk I sent a complaint in about being missold a product for a small business..... a whopping piece of kit for £800 a month - for a business with 3 computers which still didn't solve the issue presented, and I am yet to hear anything back? It's been months now.... @Ofcom

@bt_uk can someone over at BT please help me. It appears the fault-customer service are inept. My broadband has been down since Wednesday. Said it would be fixed by today. Due to customer service ineptitude and after four calls I am still waiting. This is inexcusable.
