    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk And despite all your assurances and promises 2 weeks ago I don’t have a working telephone line, a working broadband hub or Wi-fi. You can’t even keep your word on the promise that you would call me this morning to fix the issue!

    @bt_uk hi BB fault. no engineer showed up. rang to ask why & told fault in my area with no resolution time. No fault showing when I put in my phone number. Now received email telling me my BB is up and running (it isn't) and that my fault has been closed.Poor

    @bt_uk My issue is that this specific HUB problem is well known to BT and I was sent an engineer to sort it out. They sent the wrong sort of engineer who couldn’t. And as it WASN’T a problem with Apple then BT should have sorted it.

    @bt_uk Anyone else having to wait an hour before their phone call to @bt_uk tech answers the phone? My unbreakable broadband broke then I wait well over a week for the engineer, who then doesn’t turn up. A further 1 hour call hoping to find out why. Nobody knows why…. WTF???
