    Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

    Don’t know wether to laugh or cry at the fact I have no WiFi until the lockdown is over and I get very little signal in my house. Meanwhile ALL my uni work and actual work is online. Cheers @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Unfortunately no, I think the issue has sorted itself out, I think it has something to do with CityFibre being installed in my area because my broadband has either stopped fully or slowed down 3 days running. I’ll see what happens come fri, if all fails I’ll call again.

    @bt_uk @BT Also, I guess, should I choose I am free to leave you as you are not providing any kind of service here? And how are you getting on with my complaint? I've heard nothing with regard to that since I lodged it 7 days ago.

    @bt_uk What is happening with the service area down in High Wycombe?? Its been 2 whole days without wifi. They are expecting to fix it by Friday? People have to work from home. How are you guys expecting us to wait for a week without wifi? I want compensation for this.

    @bt_uk Nope, still flashing purple on router. No internet connection at all, saying there is a technical issue on BT part.
