I log in to watch a replay and itβs never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and thatβs poor too!

Ed Walsh (@Farmerwalsh) reportedWell done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix

This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
