OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@bt_uk On the off chance you're not a bot this was an abject failure. The first suggestion gets through to a bot that says it can see my line even though and suggests solutions to problems I don't have. The 2nd attemp fails completely. Worse service ever; truly pathetic.

I’m left unable to contact family and friends on #BoxingDay due to @bt_uk who told me they’d cancel my @SkyHelpTeam broadband and switch to them, was promised to be live by December 11th, still completely isolated in Tier 4 now, thanks.
