    @TheFull421 @SkySports @PremierSportsTV @btsport I did call to cancel. They said I could cancel or get the reduced payment. Fair enough.

    @bt_uk bt sport app keeps buffering every few mins and saying not available in my region...I have location service on

    @bt_uk No but it appears to be a common theme. Its on your end....told you guys already I'm just going to cancel my subscription and get IPTV like rest of the country as im no longer getting the reliability im paying for.

    Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

    OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

    Don’t know wether to laugh or cry at the fact I have no WiFi until the lockdown is over and I get very little signal in my house. Meanwhile ALL my uni work and actual work is online. Cheers @bt_uk

    Cant get on my main account as its on my tablet or do what I'm supposed to be doing this week thanks @bt_uk making my issues and health worse well done got no Internet no home phone working and can't watch a lot of channels WiFi not working either. Lost out a lot today

    @bt_uk BT is such a terrible company and do t ever touch any of their service. The broadband service they provide would freeze many times a day, but according to them, it’s customers fault. How can it be customers fault if only a restart of the router can fix the issue?

    @bt_uk my broadband has been repeatedly disconnecting all day. I can't use the service status page because I don't have a land line number and the tech support guy I spoke to had no clue what he was talking about. At all. It just disconnected and reconnected again as I type this.

    .@bt_uk incase you hadn't noticed a LOT of people are still working from home. Don't you think that you should notify customers if you're going to 'upgrade' their line, and mention that that means that they'll be without the internet for several hours?? #WTF

    @bt_uk No one uses Ethernet so that is irrelevant. A WiFi service is being paid for which you are not and have not provided. Favelas in Brazil have better Wi-Fi than you’ve provided

    @bt_uk There’s a new issue every day apparently. Mum checks and there’s a new issue every day. It’s says it’ll be fixed and yet it’s not. It was supposed to be fixed after 11pm but it’s still not working so there’s no clear info. There’s no info on what it is or how it’ll be fixed

    @bt_uk I will complain to ofcom for the horrible treatment I had. You threatening to charge me 300 pounds to leave your contract, I will not pay, for such a horrible service, see you in court.
