@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@bt_uk Thank you Lisa @bt_uk will do. My Wi-Fi disc disappeared off its packaging, mysteriously being delivered with the broken shrink wrap. Tracking it down to see where it is and after questioning it going missing was told it was found and handed in but now can’t get hold of anyone.

We're both on BT mobile contracts, and using the official @bt_uk homehub router. Is there anything worth trying to maintain any mobile usability at home after the #SignalAssist service is terminated? #BTSignalAssist
