@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had this with #bt_uk, who took advantage of elderly relative with @DementiaUK and sold her a broadband package with full sport. The installer came round and asked where her pc or laptop was. The vile scumbags then took 6 months to cancel after she passed. Hid behind GDPR.

1/2 @btsport on the 14th January 2020 you posted a video on your socials of Jack Wilshire hiding in a washing machine and frightening Declan Rice, What a stupid post. There are kids that will look at this and think it’s a funny idea to hide in a washing machine

I am paying £53 to @bt_uk for my broadband (70Mbps) and landline. Seems excessive to me. Just went to the #BT website as a NEW customer. Same BB and phone package costs £28. Wow I am a complete MUG for allowing BT to rip me off for £53. ALL offered packages are cheaper than £53 !
-
migry_main
(@MigryM) reported
@Colly_wobbles @bt_uk @TalkTalk Yes thank you. Stupid of me not to realise that BT were ripping me off. Equivalent packages cost around £30, or even cheaper if you drop landline alltogether.
