@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

@bt_uk is there a way I can request speeds in my area to be upgraded? The fastest I'm offered by BT is 30 mb/s whereas virgin media offers 1gb/s speeds here. 30mb/s is too slow considering the amount of people who live here and the amount of devices.

@bt_uk thank u4 treating me like a robber. U have my mobile, phone got disconnected & u never rang back. Check your notes and history before charging me £46 onto my next bill. Make sure your systems talk 2 each other. Nerve of u to charge me 4 a phone line that I don't use.
