@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

One of the good part of Premier League on Amazon @PrimeVideo amongst many is the camera man walk down the tunnel with the players and let the viewers see what goes on beyond the football being played on the pitch whereas it is not shown on @SkySports and @btsport.
