Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.
