@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk I did and fingers crossed it will be sorted today between 8am-1pm by an engineer coming to my home. If it isn't sorted today unfortunately my time as a BT customer will come to an end before I even had a chance to use the service. Which in my opinion would be a shame.

@bt_uk Appalling BT Digital Voice engineers have failed to turn to three scheduled appointments - appalling service for disabled customers. I did not choose for this hasstle - happy with my existing phone - did not want to go digital - no warning.

@bt_UK Website is not working. Reported this last week and tried to telephone the 0800 number abandoned after 15 min wait. Customer care is it, connecting people is it. Those days are long past BT. 1/

@bt_uk Just an update BT engineer came by and sorted everything out. Callum couldn't have provided better customer service. Thank you my faith in BT has been restored.

@bt_uk A close family member passed away, family members retried to contact us but for nearly three weeks we’ve had no landline service and now we missed the funeral. Still no internet service! When is this issue going to be fixed?!

@bt_uk This is where the problem is. BT says I should contact SKY. SKY says contact OpenReach and OpenReach says contact BT. It’s a BT telephone pole so surely it should be BTs responsibility and not SKY?
