    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @bt_uk Would help if you upgraded our copper wires to fibre, but we are still trying to home educate 3 kids on 2-4Mbs (if we are lucky). Apparently our rural community is not important.

    @bt_uk is getting worse everyday. 1) never sent the halo box we were promised but still charged for. 2) I get two bar signal in my bedroom which is directly above the box. 3) unable to stream on my laptop because it’s too slow. 4) can no longer connect to my work remote server

    @bt_uk There’s no point calling up though as your staff are either rude or just fob you off with the same old, ‘I’ll fix that now for you, sorry for your inconvenience’ but then it’s never fixed. We are paying almost £50 a month for an internet which doesn’t even reach half the house

    @bt_uk hey, can I have some help please? I got an email the other day saying my 24 month contract was nearly up after only 12 months... and ever since my Internet has been awful. Keeps dropping out, trouble on all devices. Would like someone to look into it please.

    @bt_uk Hi can you please help fix our ongoing WiFi issue? The Mini Hub sent out is shockingly slow and keeps breaking connection. This is negatively impacting my work! We have been chasing since 17th Feb!!!
