    @bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

    Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

    @Lilywhite_Rose On Monday they showed it on the planner, but now it's disappeared! Terrible from @btsport just lured people in now they have the subscription! Cancelled in the morning!

    Shocking service from @EE 😡 Took out a contract with the @btsport add-on and been waiting months for my login to be sorted. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough! Oh but don’t worry your complaint will be looked at within 2 weeks 😳
