    @bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

    @bt_uk We want to leave, which we're well within our rights to do without being penalized given 1) we've been lied to by the website/app about our minimum guaranteed speed and 2) this issue was reported over 70 days ago and wasn't resolved.

    @bt_uk My details are totally irrelevant here. You have a bad feature implementation on your website, it will affect _everybody_ who is using a password vault to keep their passwords more secure. Tell your web development team, that's all you can do about it for now - thanks!

    @ConsumrRightsUK @bt_uk (2/2) no landline, internet channels. two important meetings missed yesterday, religious service being missed this morning. £££’s of extra data added to devices to try and run things. be there soon response “we don’t know how to fix it it’s technical” ??

    In November (!) I changed broadband from Sky to @BTCare so I could get FTTP. It still hasn’t been installed by @OpenreachHelp I signed up for the £40p/m package, which BT are now advertising for £30. I’m getting zero response on changing my contract. Awful company so far.
