    @karenwa25048088 @bt_uk Actually I was trying to use it in a fierce girl boss way, not in a belittling way really. I never usually stand up for myself - and I’m definitely not a bully - and I have been throughout these conversations with BT. But ok

    @bt_uk No good really. I have logged a complaint with Ofcom now. Think we will be parting company. I cant trust a company that blantantly lies. But no one seems to want to help. Also what happens to the lying salesman? The stress and no land.line for 3 weeks is unexceptable

    @bt_uk good morning, the internet is down and My BT app says BT is aware and is trying to fix the problem. I’m on BT Halo package with a mini hub, could you please turn it on so I can continue to get wifi coverage? Thank you

    @bt_uk As you know they won't modify the contract in the 14 days cos YOU sold it to me. Only option is cancel my contract, send back my phone and reorder the 15/30 gig deal. I'm not accusing you of trickery, but the customer is paying the price.

    Sick of @bt_uk! The TV & broadband is a pile of 💩 & their customer service is awful. I call to leave & they hang up on me? It’s been MONTHS of engineers, phone calls, replacements, queues etc. The least you can do is let us leave with no additional charges. Karen mode activated.

    @bt_uk Bt you need to stop 2 men in resolution team to cover up the mess they have done there are supporting each other as ‘ mates I have disability rights to not be intimidated i but he constantly on me i an Frightened please stop this We just want investigation they are covering up
