@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Is the service down in Stevenston, North Ayrshire? My router keeps dropping connection and now it keeps flashing purple. Tried restarting it several times. Was working fine till around an hour or so ago.

@bt_uk I can't because when I get the error message I cant access the app, it closes the app automatically until a random unspecified time that I can gain access again. Considering how big a company BT is you have the worst apps around and you specialise in telecoms!

@bt_uk was promised a call by a manager at 6pm re bt advisor conduct. On hold for 30mins have given up. Poor show BT after 7years it might have to be the end. A call please
