What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. Told it'll be sorted Thurs then Friday. No contact. Rang only to find you can't sort it today now.
