What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap
