@bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

One hour before City are on @bt_uk - the channel has ceased to work for my dad. He's been thru the phone guff with them, to no avail. Engineer coming... on Tuesday. This is very bad service.

I have experienced very poor customer service over the last 2 months and 4 complaints raised after @bt_uk couldn’t switch my service. No accountability and will never consider using BT in the future. It could of been managed so much better and no facility to pass on feedback!
