What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.
