    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

    @bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

    @bt_uk order is now cancelled and is meant to re setup without having to swap equipment etc as promised by your customer service but now I've been chucked back into the auto system again! 🤬 Stuff this I'm going to @SkyUK

    @bt_uk had text saying BT email account compromised. Hours on chat and email account now not on main account. Please help urgently

    @bt_uk BT have closed the fault now with no explanation as to why an engineer didn’t turn up to check the Fibre cable inside my home. I’ll just carry on until my contract is up. Never had a problem with BT until now.

    @bt_uk No never had bt broadband. Talk21 emails come with t21 address and also another open world address. I get the choice of which email to send from when in phone browser when it is working. I only ever the talk21 address.

    If my skyQ keep disconnecting every 5 minutes m in my bedroom (multiroom box), is that a @bt_uk issue or a @SkyUK issue? Either way someone’s not delivering what I’m paying for.

    @bt_uk my mum had been told by one of your customer service reps that she’ll have to pay £800 to get out of her BT contract. Is this correct? If she had a decent service from you she wouldn’t want to leave!

    @WhaiteArt @bt_uk @BT_Openreach Thank you. I'm so stressed by it. Open Reach tell me there's no record of the problem being logged and B T say that it's a priority and Open Reach are working on it. It's like hitting my head against the wall. And Mum still doesn't have a landline or alarm!

    @bt_uk Yes I have bt broadband. I seem to only have issues with my Sky. But this started happening after I upgraded my broadband a couple of months ago.

    @bt_uk Hi Claire. Sorry, didn’t follow up as it got a little better. It’s still intermittent over the weekend. Keep getting disconnects at random times. Maybe a router issue?
