@bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

  • mariareaea Ria (@mariareaea) reported

@Seanc206 @bt_uk @Sean206 you can have ours. It has screwed up our home network and about to pull it all out after no answer at 'customer services' for days.

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk ignoring us will not fix our broadband issue. #dreadfulservice @bt_uk contacting us and fixing our broadband connection is the correct answer that of course we do not have #ignoringtheissue

  • andrewmoss76 andrew moss (@andrewmoss76) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia btsport 2 no signal missing the match here get it sorted

  • mariareaea Ria (@mariareaea) reported

@bt_uk 2 days of trying to get through to Bt. Need to make a serious complaint. Since installing smart hub I can't print or connect to remote desktop. So I can't work. I want out of this contract. I don't care how fast my network is, it's now useless.

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk = #disappointedcustomers seriously not only our issue is not fixed, when we call we stay on the line for hours until the battery of our landline phone dies #apalingcustomerservice

  • Blueseven7 E (@Blueseven7) reported

@bt_uk Once again we are being ignored and the issues still happen. @bt_uk doesn’t take care of their customers. We have contacted them a billion times and nothing is done or fixed #worstservice

  • dhidevon Phil at DHIDevon. (@dhidevon) reported

@bt_uk In this modern world where everything we do is mobile, why would I tie myself to my home. Nearly everywhere on the high street, pubs, library etc have free wifi. Pay as you go doesn't require notice periods or contracts. Why tie yourself down! And rural communities still lack BB.
