What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
