@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@Veibae @bt_uk BT are so ****, I complained about speeds and the woman on the phone tried telling me off! I swapped to Starlink, PING isn't great at 50-60 but 200mbps speeds and goes down less Expensive tho

Dear @bt_uk If you don't sort out the scammers on the sms text service 08456 201111 soon I will have no choice but to cancel my landline. I don't pay line rental charges only to be contacted by thieving scum!!! Or do profits come before everything else. @Ofcom

@bt_uk I'm hoping to get rid of bt. We haven't been able to use WiFi since we got it. Yes it's on low budget for uc scheme, but, its been worse than a joke. Also brought it up with colleagues multiple times.. no help!! 👎
