@bt_uk Your colleague mentions an unfinished 'duct', which was actually done on the morning of Sat 3 December. Sorry you are made to offer cringe-inducing excuses/untruths. All needed is about 2 yards of cable to wall box. Terrible.

@bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

@bt_uk It very strange how we don’t have a problem for 18month then apply to change provider and speed drops and service keeps cutting out, engineers don’t turn up, and nothing gets done when you eventually get through on the phone, just fobbed off constantly. Outrageous poor service

@WPTutz @bt_uk Had the same issue, they came in completely rewired the cables from outside to the router, sorted, apparently the previous guy used staples and pierced the cable so intermittent service. All sorted and some compensation. It wasn’t the router that was the issue.

@OpenreachHelp I really can’t see a way forward @OpenreachHelp The problem is in the exchange and needs a skilled open reach engineer to fix it @bt_uk are waiting for you to progress this and you are passing it back. Bottom line no openreach engineer. Appalling service #Communicationsombudsman

@bt_uk Hi there, I’ve tried that but the code for Panasonic (3846) doesn’t work. The light blinks on the remote but the TV doesn’t respond no matter how long you hold it down for?
