When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

Alison indge (@AliIndge) reportedGive @bt_uk a slow hand clap for messing up my email password - I made a BT ID which then said incorrect pw on my BT email account so I changed it - then tried to log in to the new BT ID account and it’s saying wrong pw too - give me strength 🤬

Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

Angry Scotsman (@Ang_ryScotsman) reported@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.
