@bt_uk BT would lure you into a lengthy contract, and during period I wanted to cancel, but they promised to fix the issue, until the coolinG period is off, then they blame customer for their fault and refused my right to cancel. How can any business operate like this? Shameful

@bt_uk broadband outage in DH77DD affecting *both* BT and Sky customers. According to Sky (your website doesn’t acknowledge it) since 11:30 last night. What’s going on?
-
Jason (@Jason12437082) reported
@bt_uk BT is such a terrible company and do t ever touch any of their service. The broadband service they provide would freeze many times a day, but according to them, it’s customers fault. How can it be customers fault if only a restart of the router can fix the issue?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp @bt_uk Seriously. Fix ya firmware folks.

And Still..... (@JDSeb) reported
@bt_uk No one uses Ethernet so that is irrelevant. A WiFi service is being paid for which you are not and have not provided. Favelas in Brazil have better Wi-Fi than you’ve provided

@Raycast @SkySports @btsport I find managing players lower down the technical scale demoralising
