  @btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

  @bt_uk I have been trying that for over a year but i get no renewal options. Do i sign up as a new customer? Ive no interest in calling a sales team. i just want to renew

  @bt_uk Well hopefully they tell me it will be up and running tomorrow. Otherwise I will be cancelling the contract. And also leaving EE along with my partner. It's terrible that you guys can't even give me an update tonight. It should have been up and running Friday.

  @bt_uk How do i renew my broadband contract these days? I dont get the option to renew anymore online so do I just sign up as if I was a new customer?
