@btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

@bt_uk Will be looking to change provider as soon as my BT contract ends, very disappointing service.

  • JohnWallace999 John Wallace (@JohnWallace999) reported

@bt_uk Being harassed by BT Business for payment after moving to Residential because between you contract wasn’t stopped despite that being part of service. That’s on top of initial order problems. Hours on phone, told it was sorted, today threat of debt collectors. Avoid BT.

  • fatreg fatreg (@fatreg) reported

@bt_uk Hi. I have no BT sport service or BT tv for that matter but I want sport ultimate without changing tv/broadband

  • AntonySzostek Antony Szostek (@AntonySzostek) reported

@bt_uk Adverts like this piss me off, especially when I get the worlds worst speeds and connection... and especially after I was supposed to get FTTP... now I’m not. Asshats

  • tetzlaff_mike Michael Tetzlaff (@tetzlaff_mike) reported

@pete_savin @bt_uk Slow speeds & intermittent faults can be caused by damaged wires. Years ago our internet got slower and slower. My eagle eyed wife spotted a tiny nick in the phone line where it entered the house. I sprayed it with WD40 and taped it up. Speed was restored!

  • FionaLondonarts Fiona Mountford (@FionaLondonarts) reported

Hallo, @bt_uk @BTCare. I am a worried customer of yours. I have had no use of my landline for six days now - and yesterday my fibre optic broadband slowed down to unusable speeds. When I reported the issue on March 11th, I was told it would be fixed by the 16th. It hasn't been.

  • pete_savin Pete Savin (@pete_savin) reported

@Reiverma @bt_uk Problem is you never get the same person handling the complaint so you end up going round in circles.

  • lewis_attacker Lewis_attacker (@lewis_attacker) reported

@bt_uk WHY IS YOUR BROADBAND SO CRAP

  • smartspring70 Jim Taliadoros (@smartspring70) reported

@bt_uk @virginmedia hi BT. Thanks for getting back. You will be pleased to read that we have come back to BT after cancelling our virgin contract 3 weeks after sign up waiting for installation. Dreadful offshore customer service experience. They were a disaster.
