  @frankofarrell @btsport @SkySports @SkySports have been brilliant, no phone call, suspended Sky Sports via their web site and billing reduced immediately... Great service 👍

  @btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

  @bt_uk I am fed up of paying for a TV service which is poor at best! There is no option to raise a complaint online so this is the only resort. I am not calling to wait for over an hour! Had the service for 6 months and there is always an issue.

  @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Any updates on when the fault down Priestfield Road, Forest Hill is going to be fixed? Most of us have been without internet for almost a month now. And according to the last text, it should have been fixed a week ago.

  @bt_uk I'm not on the contract - my landlord is and I don't want to share their information but since it's an ongoing issue that a lot of people are having I'm baffled why you don't want to tell the -users- what is the issue and when you expect it to be operational again
