    @btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

    @frankofarrell @btsport @SkySports @SkySports have been brilliant, no phone call, suspended Sky Sports via their web site and billing reduced immediately... Great service 👍

    2/2 @bt_uk . So NO phone or internet until BT send hub out. Engineer said 2nd one today with same problem. I rang BT explained wrong hub & you said you would send one out ASAP but then 6hrs later knowing I didn’t have a hub you cut me off. This is not acceptable in this day & age

    @bt_uk moving home and need to temporarily run broadband in both properties… BT er no we can’t help with that… why? Well minimum contract terms…. Honestly disgusted that you don’t want to help a long term customer #badcustomerservice #poorcustomerservice

    Gutted that #TheAshes has moved to @btsport. I mean it's bad enough you pay @skytv over £100/month and they want another £27/month for BT Sport.

    @bt_uk Thank you for this response. I was expecting phone contact and I rang the help line again. I understand that the hold up is an entity called Bt wholesale. New one on me! So, placing a new order. Sounds like taking me back 3 weeks. Your mini hub let me down twice today.

    @bt_uk my broadband went down at 11:45am and is still not working. I’ve lost almost 5 hours (and counting) of the working day. If I don’t work, I can’t bill for my time. How are you going to compensate me for this?

    @bt_uk following a problem with my WiFi an engineer called today and left telling me all was OK. Currently running at 5mb. No answer on phone or live chat. Help.
