@btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

@frankofarrell @btsport @SkySports @SkySports have been brilliant, no phone call, suspended Sky Sports via their web site and billing reduced immediately... Great service 👍

**** off @bt_uk. My first paid work in 2½ months, purely through video conferencing for the whole day, & 30 mins before it starts, my router keeps rebooting. Don't bother messaging me back. I've got to find another, more reliable way of doing my work. Your broadband is ****.

The digital voice switchover is shambolic, @bt_uk. Why the discrete switchover? I now have to drive to my mum, set it up, and drive back. I don’t see why the two services can’t coexist for a week or a month to give people more of a chance to help family members.

Anyone else's @bt_uk Internet down in Cheltenham? How is it going take until Friday night to fix?! I am a disabled person who does everything online and am now cut off for almost a week!

@CockertonMark @bt_uk An engineer once told me i had problem with my 'blue beads in the junction box'...then service was so poor so sky blamed BT, BT blamed Sky, finally I'd had enough and got rid of both. Frustrating.

@bt_uk Hi it has resolved for the time being its not on I live in London and I keep having problems with my broadband every few weeks or so its come too the point where I am thinking of changing broadband provider

@bt_uk Hi BT, to say I think your customer service is awful. Purchased a whole home set of discs, one is broken & your customer service stated that you don't support anything purchased on eBay. So as manufacturer, you don't offer any support for new items. Won't purchase BT again

@bt_uk Im expected to go 14 days without any service ?? That’s really not acceptable when you have the option to help me by sending a back up option but won’t unless I pay for it ?? I’m paying for a service you aren’t providing one

@bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. Being offline for 4 days is a big problem - I have online appointments and food shopping to sort out. I am mostly housebound so struggle to just pop out or do things in person. Do you have a priority service for people like me like other utilities?
