  @btsport Have your app on an iPhone so that we can watch rugby and mirror via AppleTV hdmi adaptor to our TV. When logged on for the rugby we got message this evening saying we can no longer do this after 10 April because of piracy issues unless our subscription allows this. 😞

  @frankofarrell @btsport @SkySports @SkySports have been brilliant, no phone call, suspended Sky Sports via their web site and billing reduced immediately... Great service 👍

  @bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

  @bt_uk Help! We’ve had a lightening strike n our router has gone off n will not switch back on. We’ve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes there’s nothing wrong. Advice please!

  @bt_uk @stokeygurl it’s a massive issue they’ve caused know all about - i can’t see bills or sort my wifi out or even renew a contract - so i’m leaving as they have been rude and unhelpful

  @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

  @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

  @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.
