Gavin Allen (@Gavinallen) reported from Cardiff, Wales@btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?
-
Daniel 🏴 BeaTz (@BeaTz780) reported from Avonmouth, England@bt_uk Just done this but no problems “apparently”. So I’m either making it up or there is a fault. Can this get fixed or my next call is to @TalkTalk
-
Martz (@martzreed1975) reported from Cardiff, Wales@btsport @btsportfootball what I would change in football. Cancel injury time and adopt rugby rules. Clock stops at half time and fulltime and whistle blows when ball out of play.

Dave Bowden (@DaveBStDW) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. -
Alex Turco |🇬🇧🇨🇾🇮🇪 (@alexjturco) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’
-
Mike Houghton (@MHswans) reported from Cardiff, WalesHey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?
-
Neil 'DBtC' (@crfc1876) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daviesjanet6 @bt_uk @Tommy_OConnor Yes, saw that in the thread, BT are being very dumb in this, they can no longer provide a service, through no fault of their own, but want to charge people to stop the package, Sky have shown far more decency and common sense
-

-
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Cardiff, WalesWhy is it only now that I’ve thought about #MikeRiley using his self isolation to it’s full advantage. He could sit down & review the countless decisions that ‘his’ referees have f*cked up over the last 2 seasons. I’m sure @SkySports @btsport & @BBCSport could supply the footage
-
Han🏴 (@Hanlccook) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk Hey there! No it’s still not working 🥺 however, I’m moving out of my house tomorrow and Into my new one. I’ve already spoke to an advisor about this a few weeks back but I’m not sure what to do? There’s no point ringing for an engineer when I’m moving. Shall we DM?
-
Rebecca Irvine (@RebIrvine) reported from Cardiff, Wales@bt_uk on our 30th cal day with no Internet; BT advisors have stated the fault is with @OpenreachHelp but your Internal systems are not talking to oneanother effectively leaving us with no information on the nature of the problem. Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor
-
anfänglichinteressantesaberunterwältigendeslied (@iainmspillane) reported from Grangetown Community, Wales@btsport Having a few audio issues with the commentary here. Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

Simon Blake (@BlakeUnit) reported@jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor
