@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

@bt_uk I went for 150mb just Ive got so many devices to be connected. I wouldn't have go for bt if not the house is a newly built. I used virgin media in my previous house and I had more than devices connected, the network was superb and I wasn't using up to 150mb

@bt_uk So because I’ve gotten 470 ONCE in an entire week, it doesn’t class as a fault? That’s absolutely pathetic. Had more problems with this than i did in 9 years with Virgin, the sooner they get in this area the better👍🏻👍🏻
