I have been forced to leave BT because of a lack of services in my new house. I was a very happy BT customer but things have gone badly wrong for you over the last 8 weeks. Never again!!!

Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Cheddar, EnglandThink I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

John Ennis (@tomosgsxr) reported from Bridgwater, England@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

Same happened with fraud Dept. They said they could not help me and it would need to be customer services. Please help
