@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • TeamPenster SamuEL Penster Gaming in the Multiverse (@TeamPenster) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk The only options are sign in and then change account settings... ?

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk our Internet, and thus our TV and streaming services, have been off for a week. Original fix date was yesterday, later amended to today. During a phone call to you 5 hours ago, I was promised a call by your "Jeopardy" team. My partner is clinically vulnerable and needs to

  • BetteJBaldwin BetteBaldwin (@BetteJBaldwin) reported from Nailsea, England

@bt_uk Please cancel a Fault Report. No Longer Needed. Problem solved. Name: Lilly Location: Clevedon. Fault Report Ref No; VOL013-474370897232 I’m doing this for a friend who can’t get through by phone. If you need more details please ask.

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We were supposed to have an engineer visit on the 18 Dec 2020 and that never happened. I asked BT to arrange an engineer last week and they said no need.

  • BetteJBaldwin BetteBaldwin (@BetteJBaldwin) reported from Nailsea, England

@bt_uk Tweeting for my friend whose fault report for aged uncle is NO LONGER NEEDED - Name: Lilly. Location: Clevedon Report Ref No: VOL013-474370897232 Please cancel. Please respond if possible. She can’t get through on your phone line.

  • nath_ball Nathan (@nath_ball) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk @NOWTVSport trying to watch liverpool, only thing streaming in the house. The resolution is so bad. I would be better off paying someone to draw me an artists impression of what is going on every ten minutes. Can you sort my speed out it has been 1mb or so the whole year

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

I mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. But @bt_uk have taken it to a new level. So @westcountrybird , clinically vulnerable in these strange times, will have to continue going

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

  • BetteJBaldwin BetteBaldwin (@BetteJBaldwin) reported from Nailsea, England

@bt_uk please cancel fault report number VOL013-474370897232 for Lilly in Clevedon. Problem now solved. Doing this on behalf of the person reporting the fault. Can provide more info if needed.

  • lilmissbinks97 JahJah Binks (@lilmissbinks97) reported from Bristol, England

  • pipa217 Karina Quinteros (@pipa217) reported from Bristol, England

  • melodiouscode melodiouscode (@melodiouscode) reported from Bristol, England

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

  • nickylclark Nicky Clark 💙 (@nickylclark) reported from Burtle, England

@bt_uk As I have 3 hubs as well as my modem... and still have problems .... please can I have £100?

  • baldyrunner Baldy Pete (@baldyrunner) reported from Bristol, England

Watching @TheVanaramaNL highlights on #btsport I'd forgotten how bad the camerawork is...

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

  • clairesharpe_ ✨ Claire Sharpe ✨ (@clairesharpe_) reported from Bristol, England

@TalkTalk want to cancel, still in grace period. Have emailed, called, tweeted. Please cancel so @bt_uk can connect us. This is ridiculous! You’re now hijacking our line.

  • alexjturco Alex Turco |🇬🇧🇨🇾🇮🇪 (@alexjturco) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England

@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

The latest in the ongoing, and frankly unbelievable saga, between myself and @bt_uk sees them keep me on hold before simply cutting me off. Weve had over a week of no Internet, unfulfilled promises of return calls, unfulfilled promises of service restoration, and an approach to

  • Tweharrison William Harrison (@Tweharrison) reported

@bt_uk Still no service, now 3 weeks with no phone or internet, updates now by text rather than a call. Now we are going into lockdown and meant to be working from home! HOW?

  • TheOnLiberty Joe Jones (@TheOnLiberty) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp are forcing us out of our home during lockdown and at the height of the pandemic. WiFi has been down for over a week. 3 times they've said they'll fixed it by x date and 3 times they haven't done so. No excuse. They're just scrimping on costs at our expense.

  • Mr_JamieCoot Jamie Coot (@Mr_JamieCoot) reported

@bt_uk Worst WiFi I have ever experienced. As soon as my contract is up I'm moving to sky

  • Jack_Hurst Jack Hurst (@Jack_Hurst) reported

  • CBAFC1903 cb (@CBAFC1903) reported

@bt_uk had engineer out today to fit fibre to premises but can't get cable fully through conduit and said they need to lift part of driveway dig down, clear blockage to get cable through. Does driveway not get affected? What is timeframes? all this from a sales upgrade call 🙈

@bt_uk And now apparently my complaint has been closed but no one has called me to speak about it

  • SabszSoundsz sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported

@bt_uk People have this power trip mentality over the phone. It’s not the first advisor who’s been like this with me but he’s been the worst one so far. Believe me if we were face to face no one would be talking to anyone like that so why do it over the phone?
