  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Cheddar, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • jakeehunter 𝐣𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@jakeehunter) reported from Yeovilton, England

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • mikegarner Mike Garner (@mikegarner) reported from Bridgwater, England

@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.

  • simonthyer Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • jamesburfield James Burfield (@jamesburfield) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

  • tomosgsxr John Ennis (@tomosgsxr) reported from Bridgwater, England

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@bt_uk I pay over £50 a month for just Internet, I asked for the fastest Internet available and it cant even stream movies😒tried to phone @bt_uk but this is always a nightmare for them to offer me the lower price of £48 a month for my slow Internet connection 😩

  • SuperSlummyMum Auds (@SuperSlummyMum) reported

@bt_uk I have now entered month three of no broadband connection from you despite being told repeatedly by @WeAreOpenreach engineers that they cannot see what the problem is. Still no update from the complaints team. Why do you treat your customers so appallingly?

  • helga140465 Helen Grant (@helga140465) reported

@BTCare allegedly you took over our account from sky 1/4/21!!! But you didn’t cancel TV and we’ve been paying 6 months to sky and now we’re being slapped with a final bill???!!! Sort this out!!

  • case_smeeagain8 Scott Chase (@case_smeeagain8) reported

@bt_uk Hi I have received an email about BT equipment you say you haven't received. I have sent the BT equipment back and have proof of postage. How do I get a copy of this to you. Nowhere on your BT site is there anything to help me with this.

  • adekoya_k MISS OLUBUNMI (@adekoya_k) reported from London, England

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

  • yaKuubai Tarrabah (@yaKuubai) reported

@bt_uk please explain how I’m getting 2000 ping whilst having your wifi with a booster. Joke how you charge god knows how much for this crap

  • doggoid Mr Krypto (@doggoid) reported

@bt_uk @ankitgrover4 I'm trying to cancel my BT Broadband. BT support: "It will get cancelled when you will go for the working line takeover but sometimes after account being cancelled the bills continues to come up". Errr What?!

  • goldmacher13 Jonathan Goldmacher (@goldmacher13) reported

@WeAreOpenreach I really need your help getting fibre to the premises. Per the suggestion of your customer service team I have contacted my provider @SkyUK as well as @bt_uk and both independently say OpenReach needs to run the line to our house first. I’m stuck in a loop. Help.

  • Nickbr1001 Nick Broughall (@Nickbr1001) reported from Sale, England

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

  • Crypto_n_Canna Crypto'n'Cannaman (@Crypto_n_Canna) reported

@bt_uk No ******* service all day yet I pay £75 a month. Thanks a lot BT, you've cost me a day of work.
