why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk We were supposed to get super fast broadband installed on 23rd March. Our Sky BB was disconnected. We are still waiting for various cable issues to be resolved. Spoke to BT on Thursday and received condescending generic update the next day. Now left with download speeds of 3mbs.

@bt_uk hey . So you think it perfectly acceptable to do half a job and leave a household without Internet /phone connection until May 22nd even though they are paying for it from today ? NO . Me neither . Shocking customer service .

@bt_uk Investigate what further? I already have an engineer coming on Wednesday for my issue. I was just making public my issue and my findings for others to know how poorly the service and the treatment of staff is. Though, as an employee I'm sure you're no doubt aware. Join a union ✊

@taylorh57226577 @bt_uk They’ve refreshed my WiFi opened up some new gates or something, and have said they are going to send someone out to help with my problem if it consists. It might be that It’s the disc not the hub but I’m not 100 on that but it’s really annoying when everything else is perfect 🥲
