    @motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Engineer out to fix wiring a week ago, still our internet drops out every 40 minutes and now it's down to every 10 minutes. Unbelievably frustrating. @bt_uk

    @OpenreachHelp shock, end of day 3 and still no call flow - still connected to BT which was CANCELLED yesterday. Should have been live with call flow on Wednesday. This is an open reach issue but you won’t do F all to sort it. Shocking service. @bt_uk @CallFlowS

    @bt_uk My neighbour is elderly and vulnerable and her phone is off again. The number you previously gave her for the welfare team no longer works. Her phone is linked to her alarm. We need urgent help. Your phone line is only automated.

    Anyone would think that @btsport don’t want customers! I’m trying to work out how to switch from an app only contract that I can cancel with 30d notice to an annual one on sky tv box and there isn’t an option or even an online chat help. So off putting.

    @EE How long does @btsport take to activate? I waited 2 days, didn’t work, called up yesterday lunchtime, re set up, and still not working. Any ideas please?

    @bt_uk BT broadband has been cutting out since yesterday. I run a test which said it was fixed but my broadband has cut out twice more since then. Is there a BT Broadband problem in the London/Camden area? I've not had this problem before & I've been with BT for years.

    @CarlSkipper5 @bt_uk This is still not resolved. The lack of customer service is shocking!!! Lies are unacceptable!!! At the end of the day BT, u have messed up and this should have been sorted yesterday. This should be given maximum priority to fix BTs error. We have been patient but enough now!!!

    @bt_uk should have swapped to call flow on Wednesday due to BT providing awful internet - still waiting to connect with them. Somehow even though our service is cancelled with you we still have BT Wi-fi 🥴🤔 I hope we aren’t getting charged for this. @OpenreachHelp won’t sort it
