    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk I just want to make sure that the add-on doesn't renew next month. I want to keep my contracts as they are, but the add-on was required as a one off and I don't want to pay for it after this month, so I'm checking whether I can cancel it now and use it till the end of the month.

    @btsport @bt_uk I don't expect to get charges from you when I can finally get to cancel my subscription. You "manage" option online doesn't let you manage and your call centres are always "too busy" to take calls.

    @bt_uk how come when almost the entirely of 3 villages in Kent have reported having no internet for three days now it still says no known issues on your website.

    @bt_uk 5 weeks of constant calls to your customer services to try and work out why you can’t connect me to my new house, each time it’s a different story and today I had the most infuriating conversation with an assistant who clearly could not be arsed to help.

    @bt_uk been with you since 2021. Broadband, 4 mobile contracts, data tablet. £140 a month paid on time by D/D. Until March. It went up to £160 a month. Last 2 months it's been a struggle. I asked for help and what did you do? Slapped a £7 late pay charge on top of the £160 🤬😡😡

    @bt_uk just read about Philip Jansen accepting a massive pay rise whilst expecting his employees to take a cut. So 5 minutes on and I'll be a @now broadband customer from 15th August. Less than half the price with the same service. Result.

    @bt_uk I’ve done all that loads already and all that happens is that im told to book an engineer even tho the issue isn’t at my house. The entire village now has an engineer coming to their houses on Tuesday and Wednesday.

    @bt_uk one month in and you’re horrendous. System doesn’t work to connect my account. No one knows how to fix it. Can’t set up DD or pay bills 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
