Hi @bt_uk we had no broadband service at all yesterday and a vague commitment from you to fix it today. Will you refund me for the lack of service? Don't see why I should pay for a non existent service.

@RhodesyLu @bt_uk Oh no! We've had ours about 18 months and it's been fantastic. Today's problem is the first time we've had an issue.

@bt_uk just renewed my contract and was told it will be £47 from the 3rd March. Now email saying from the 31st of March it’ll be £54.90! That’s not even having it a month. I’ve only just organised this. May have to cancel after all.

@bt_uk No. This problem only started AFTER I had to report a fault on our phone/line & internet connection. The Emails being “copied” to the TalkTalk address show the account number as ***7011 and BT ID: 2*4*9*1*6 if that’s of any help. If you DM me an email address, I can forward it 2u

@bt_uk I upgraded broadband in November. I receive the new service but my order shows as open and not completed. Now you are sending me emails saying I need to renew my contract which runs out in April for nearly double the price.
