why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk The engineers have been working on the issue since 5th may according to the fault tracker… the internet was slow before but now there is no internet at all. Incredibly unacceptable service.

Hello @bt_uk . Our building has been without internet since Friday. We were assured then that internet would be restored within 24 hours. Frankly, this is appalling service.
