    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk why do you dissallow customers from changing (locking down) DNS traffic from your network? Also why do you still use @Huawei devices despite the well-known security concerns of late?

    @btbusinesscare my clints who i host websites and emails for are totally pissed off due to Openreach ling as it happens to them for a month before Xmas as they are a "needed company" and I have home clients I can't even work with as my 4g assured service has none great service bt

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Can anyone help please install cancelled AGAIN ! Now I’m going to lose my job and it’s all your fault. You’ve been installing this since 24/12/2020 and this is the 4th failure as no one has turned up.

    @bt_uk Issue with house move order. The reconnection was moved to 8 March instead of 8 January. Then order couldn't be changed. So old account cancelled, new account set up for new address. Openreach won't activate line until 15th. But line to house is physically connected...
