    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk I reported sudden loss landline this afternoon, told to expect fix by 8th Dec. Bad enough but now clicking 'Track Your Fault' from the email leads to page saying no faults to display for this account! Are you folks actually on it or am I left swinging?

    @bt_uk Most appalling service I have ever experienced. My 89 year old mother is moving tomorrow and phone/broadband order was just cancelled for 4th time for no good reason the day before move. So now no phone/internet for days - during a pandemic - really worrying - thanks BT.

    @bt_uk it’s now been 5 days since I have been able to send any emails from my Btinternet account from an Apple device. I have reset the password, deleted and reinstalled the app and still not able to send emails?? Come on BT, what is the issue!!!!! Frustrated

    I feel that @bt_uk have really failed in their duty of care for their elderly customers. She only knows BT having been with you for all her life. Just for the record, other providers would give her the same service at the same speed for a fraction of the price.
