why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@mailplus Just been listening to the daily show regarding the pressures of online teaching. I’ve been working from home and have to give credit @bt_uk who have been great. They contacted me, made sure my internet was sufficient. No extra costs and not issues in lockdown.

@bt_uk Recently my internet has been cutting out randomly also followed by high ping. The internet in the area is bad enough as it is even though I live in a built up area. Could this be caused by work in the area ? If not what do you suggest to do next, cheers

Just spoken to @BTCare inhouse Debt collection people and all the evidence is on file, so they are now moving to cancel their bill to me - and complaint being raised. Good. BUT. Would not progress through "security" until I gave DOB to them. I refused on grounds of relevance.
