    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk customer service sucks I cancelled my broadband only but you called everything I had now I have to re order bt sport at double the cost because your sales team won’t help in anyway what kind of business is this every other company manages to help new customers or existing!

    @bt_uk No error messages on 3 different devices but the page just loads and loads and loads and you can’t click on anything at all in the MyBT section. I want to cancel something that the contract has ended!

    @bt_uk Credit where credit's due to @bt_uk - quick customer care line answer, engineer booked for next day, great comms on text and email following up. Couldn't ask for more. Thankfully issue resolved itself and I cancelled the engineer visit, but super responsive customer service.

    @mark_outta_cryo @bt_uk @BTCare The irony is that I used to work for BT in their faults department, so I know exactly how they should be able to do their jobs! Nothing ever seems to fix it though. They’re just hopeless but I live with it ok in normal circumstances, but this just isn’t fair.

    @bt_uk Are there problems in the BT22 area? My internet is becoming more intermittent. I've seen Openreach lads up lampposts. Your service at the moment is pretty awful. It's not what the girl who sold it to me said it would be!

    @bt_uk good afternoon, still having issues with the BT sport app on PS5. It just goes to a black screen after about an hour. Have to close app and go back in for it to work? Tried deleting and reinstalling and still the same??

    Day 75 of no broadband. Finally got @bt_uk on the phone. New date for installation is 8 February, so it seems we will get over the 100-day mark. To be fair to the support team, they are going to try to bring the date forward if a slot opens up but it's still pretty dismal.
