    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk Can’t set up new ID for new place as the account number I have on my bill is not recognised. Apparently I should deal with my issue via my ID (I’ve already spent 1.5 hours on this today), which I can’t set up. Last week I was patronised by your employee and this week this.

    @bt_uk Hi Karen, it seems to be working okay except when we try to use bbc iplayer. If we use bbc iplayer it disconnects the hub and we have to hard reset it. Have you heard of this problem before?

    @bt_uk your WIFI is absolutely hopeless. Pay £30 a month and the WiFi signal doesn’t cover my entire house. Awful.

    @bt_uk Your flash adverts promising SUPERFAST broadband never mention anything about having to crawl around on the floor checking f***ing wires and what kind of connection box you have. Either you CAN give me superfast broadband, or you can't and if you can't I shouldn't have to pay!

    @bt_uk I opted out my mothers account to prevent digital voice "upgrade" (she's in rural area, no mobile coverage & long power cuts) but once again had unauthorized digital voice order applied to account. Call centre staff unhelpful. Causing a lot of worry, please cancel it ASAP
