why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Fuming. You have sold my 74-year-old wife Halo, a service she doesn't need. In addition, she is paying 60£+/ month for supposedly fast broadband - getting 12.8mb/s download and 13.48 upload speeds. Are you taking the mick or what?

@bt_uk @Dan_LFC10 I'm with @Dan_LFC10. Got the same Text from BT for a £25 BT Sports monthly pass. The text says you had payment issues, looking at my card you charged me 5 separate transactions x £25 vs 1 x £25. Not very good!

Hi @MartinSLewis not sure if you've heard but @bt_uk have been taken out multiple payments from @btsport customers, some 5x more than they were expecting. Their response is "you'll have the money back in 2-3 days" I'm pretty sure they've broken a few payment codes. Can you help?

@btsport I'm really hacked off!! Motogp race postponed cos of rain so three laps in my recording slot ends! Nm, coverage today, 1hour slot. So, WTF? it starts from lap 12 and finishes in 30 mins! The you go to some fkng car race!! You ADVERTISED 1HOUR of motogp! Wankers!🤬🤬
