    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

    @bt_uk problem reported over a week ago! Sky fixed their line after 1 day. You are now on day 9. 3 sets of engineers and still no service. No call backs or updates either. Terrible customer service!!

    @bt_uk disgusted at your "I don't care attitude" towards your always "ON" broadband that's now been down since 12am. Yes I've done your basic advised tests...I work in IT...sort it out. SW18 area

    @owen4d @bt_uk im facing exactly the same issue, being told its an EE network issue, did you get any solve? Ps also waiting on full broadband installation and in a poor 4G area, again worked for a week then stopped!
