@bt_uk can you confirm there is an issue with your broadband in the RH15 area please. I can get on to your website to report it.

Finally dropping @bt_uk because their customer service is awful and the cost for broadband is ridiculous for slow speeds We were hoping @LightspeedFibre would save us but they took too long and decided not to set up in our area So we’re going to see what Vodafone have to offer

  • W3SG Stephen (@W3SG) reported

@bt_uk You never said that advice was only if I am in contract. I am not in contract. I asked if I can down. You said no. So did your colleague yesterday. OFFCOM need to know the advice is wrong and misleading

@bt_uk - when are you going to get the internet back in south cumbria? I'm sure you'll be rushing to re-imburse me for failure to provide a service I pay for!!

@bt_uk I got BT hub in April start and received device, then order got cancelled due to system error and hub was returned. Then sales guy placed new order on 29th April, received it and services activated but internet is not working. Yesterday openreach guy came and said hub is faulty.

  • benluke37 Bën (@benluke37) reported

@bt_uk I have restarted my router about 4 times and yet it still got a solid purple light which I believe means a slow internet connection. I apologise if I have come across as rude or disrespectful but it's just incredibly frustrating how we're paying for a service that won't work.

  • benluke37 Bën (@benluke37) reported

@bt_uk Absolutely embarrassing the state of this wifi. Absolutely 0 transparency whatsoever. The wifi goes down (presumably) for alot of people and your response is to say 'it's fine, there's no issues whatsoever'

  • littlejolee Jo-Anne (@littlejolee) reported

Lads. Help. I’ve switched to @bt_uk and it turns out their salesman was a dodgy wee shite after all, anyway long story short. I’ve no ariel, so no channels (sky dish acts as an ariel me hole) anyway if I don’t get to watch #DerryGirls girls when it airs I’ll have a fit. What can

  • HappySabo Picard Cat (@HappySabo) reported

@bt_uk My broadband keeps going down every minute or so.
