    Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

    @btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

    @bt_uk The big issue with BT is not WiFi but the internet access behind it. I have halo which gives great connectivity to a bad internet service. 7mbps on a good day with no prospect or visibility of an improvement.

    @MoRodgers4 @bt_uk Why don’t you just cancel your subscription? It is not like the TV licence. No one is forcing you to pay. You also might wish to consider that all Scottish BTsubscribers are not Nationalist raving moon howlers like yourself, so “our money, our rules” is not a great argument.

    @bt_uk They are the technical support line who cannot help because I’ve already followed the advice on the user guide to reset the devices which have done nothing. I was told by them that they cannot do anything else and could not give me anyone else to try

    @bt_uk Obviously your website was where I went to first. Your website is absolutely awful and the phone numbers are unhelpful with shockingly rude staff manning the lines. Yet again I’m being fobbed off. My advice...never buy anything or use anything that is BT branded!
