@bt_uk I have already spoken to your complaint department. They state I have a signal of 73 whilst Im looking at 53 on the screen. They dont want us to leave Halo1 yet the signal is low, telling us the Basic package will be half of this as we go back to copper. Shocking.

@bt_uk Called back cancelled the deal and was then told that it would take 24hrs before she could cancel the original plan? What kind of system are you using that takes 24hrs? Or is this by any chance a scam to hope people give up? Disgusting behaviour. Wish I had made the calls.

@bt_uk @BTGroup can you explain why you offer compensation before an issue is fixed. 10 traumatic months dealing with you, which still hasn’t been resolved, My fibre was live for a week, it’s now off again and I’m opening post about the pathetic offers I’ve declined.
-
Helen Weedon (@HelenWeedon) reported
@bt_uk Not really, you have decided not to bother getting my parents up and running with a connection in their new home, despite them having no mobile signal and my Dad just out of hospital. You then don't return their call and now I'm being pushed from pillar to post.
-
Helen Weedon (@HelenWeedon) reported
@bt_uk no they were promised a call back within 20 minutes, over 5 hours ago. I'm now on hold but no-one is answering. I am really concerned that they are in the middle of nowhere with no connection. If my Dad falls again and can't get help, it will be BT's fault
-
afford (@Affordll) reported
@bt_uk Funnily enough we switched from you as we did not get anywhere near our promised speeds and had constant latency issues
-
Neil Young (@elderpegasus) reported
Explanation of types of home broadband in UK really is woeful. Openreach information is patchy, presumably as they don't sell to public, but @bt_uk and other ISPs then say less, and just using vague branding of "fibre". Finally think I've pinned down what gfast is, but ->

@cowrin @btsport It should not be legal to fail to provide an entirely web based way to cancel (without human interaction) a service you were able to sign up for in that way
