@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@bt_uk Value team? I’m not a good customer yet :p but I was last year and I remember having to fight hard for fibre 2 when I signed up then too! Since your base systems say that I’m not eligible to sign up to it - another staff at the time had to use another system to which worked

@bt_uk are there issues in the SN16 region as my internet has dropped out on numerous occasion. Very annoying when trying to work on teams earlier and really annoying when trying to watch TV online.
