@bt_uk why are you connecting my NOW tv account to my BT TV when I never asked you to do it and now it’s going to be £33.99 a month when I currently pay £20. I just wanted to update my BT TV so I wouldn’t lose channels!!

  • Gruffcook Gareth Kitchen (@Gruffcook) reported

@tforcworc @1Br0wn @bt_uk lol. I just had Openreach come into my shop saying they were putting fibre down the high street, along the shops, wanting to put a junction box on my wall. They were just asking my permission. No compensation. They were unwilling to offer free internet access in return. lol.

  • 0bj3ctivity Tom Andrews💙 (@0bj3ctivity) reported

@DrLindaDykes @bt_uk It'***** and miss even in cities, especially if you get your copper via a pole, our BT broadband has been 16MB at best 1MB at worst, varies in quality Waiting enthusiastically for more local competition

  • SimonBowland Simon Bowland (@SimonBowland) reported

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?
