@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.

@bt_uk Here's a question, we've got Sky broadband. The landline hasn't worked for a while but as it's 2022 we could survive that. Here's the good bit....one of your Engineers came to fix the phone a week ago, couldn't but managed to leave us with no internet as well ! 7 days that is 🤬

@bt_uk Disgusted with continuous connectivity issues and being told by bt helpdesk there is no issues in the area when other resources tell us otherwise. Now left without Internet in the house for at least 24 hours. Great service to be working from home!!!
