@bt_uk I'm with EE but will be dropping them as soon as Lightning Fibre implement their service in my area. 50MB down, 10MB up for 1GB down and up. Can't wait

  • gdkilkenny Goose (@gdkilkenny) reported

@bt_uk really shocking service from BT. Organised a home move two weeks ago, twice I was ‘assured’ the broadband would be activated by May 5th,again on May6th and today May7th. Engineer didn’t have my number? How can this oversight happen when I’ve had three separate phone calls

  • thebobbetto Robert Mellor (@thebobbetto) reported

@bt_uk says as a BT broadband customer you can access bt WiFi anywhere - utter rubbish! Hasn't worked at 5 places...

  • duceydan Danny Duce (@duceydan) reported

  • NEWSKIN2018 SP (@NEWSKIN2018) reported

@btsportfootball saying "we couldn't care less about what you want" to subscribers by foisting the abysmal Paul Dempsey on game tonight. Take note @btsport of the damage this sort if ignorance has done to the Labour Party! The world has changed: don't get left behind.

  • NedGonad Ned ***** (@NedGonad) reported

@bt_uk you have sent correspondence and what looks like a broadband router to my property addressed to someone who has never lived here. This has happened twice in the last 12 months, both times addressed to the same person.

  • MikelGunners Dave Robins (@MikelGunners) reported

@bt_uk If there’s a power cut in our area it usually knocks out the BT line and EE signal

  • flyingdancer louie (@flyingdancer) reported

@bt_uk UNBREAKABLE INTERNET?? I thought that Kardashian arse broke it years ago and BT have been trying to fix it ever since? Nonsense phrase. 4 G is standard.

  • Tom_Griffin1 Tom Griffin ♿️ (@Tom_Griffin1) reported

@bt_uk In my experience the system doesn't work.
