@btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk Would you not check the area you are sending the engineer to first and then if there is no way you can actually connect the customer for an extended period of time maybe communicate this to them and maybe they would not then be left without reliable internet ???

@btbusinesscare Hope a whole team is coming because we’ve already had 3 engineers. All equipment has been replaced inside. Last @OpenreachHelp engineer said there’d been over 44,000 FEC errors on his test results. The problem is from the raised box on a pole outside to the exchange - not inside.
