@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

Commentators on @beINSPORTS_EN are appalling. Seems they're not quite as bad as on @btsport but bet they're not far off. What footy fans want is just fair, unbiased, interesting commentary. Not 2 blokes who clearly have no clue, screaming for only one team to win.
