  • JenHarland2 Jen (@JenHarland2) reported

@bt_uk do you have an email address I can complain to please? I've looked online and none of them appear to come under my specific complaint.

  • Fermion_Alpha FermionAlpha (@Fermion_Alpha) reported

We made our @bt_uk broadband order on 21st June (!!) and we're still no closer to being connected. @WeAreOpenreach were tasked almost 6 months ago to install a new pole but all we've had is broken promises and missed deadlines. 1/2

  • DUBBYBOI_EPU DUBBYBOI_ (@DUBBYBOI_EPU) reported

@bt_uk I've tried already! Someone apparently fixed the problem! Soon as the complaint was closed, the problem came back much worse! Utter trash!

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

@OpenreachHelp ..this is part of the problem @bt_uk doesn’t seem to know what’s wrong despite the local community informing them (we’re all with BT). If they do their system doesn’t reflect it and BT’s update hasn’t changed since the end of November. Not sure anyone is doing anything about it?

  • AMidnightGamer ✌🏻Greemo✌🏻 (@AMidnightGamer) reported

@Skreamies @bt_uk I was told today our router keeps going down because we are using too much internet...2 mobiles connected to it and two consoles with only one playing online the other just playing youtube...make it make sense..always used this package and never had an issue before..

  • Lizmatthews87 Tears and Trantrums (@Lizmatthews87) reported

I'm sure @bt_uk have the worst virtual assistant. All I want to know is if I need to put in my new router now or when it's due to upgrade but I can't even get through to someone to ask 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • stephen2876 Stephen H (@stephen2876) reported

@bt_uk My Sunday was going okay until my broadband went down at around 11:30pm Sunday night. Back up now, obviously, but it put a bit of a dampener on the day.

  • scott_eddowes Scott Eddowes (@scott_eddowes) reported

@bt_uk I was told I would be connected on Dec 23rd, only to receive a text today with the quote "great news" that my installation date is now Jan 10th next year! Phoned up and couldn't even register a complaint as the systems were down. No internet over the Xmad holidays, thanks BT. 👍

  • topboylfc GT (@topboylfc) reported

I have spoke to the same lady a few times in the last week from @bt_uk I just want to let her know she is amazing and I appreciate the help and I am sorry if I have been a pain!

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

Currently seem to be in a bit of communication and responsibility stalemate between @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk - have been without broadband since 27th November. BT’s system continues suggest an issue that doesn’t mirror the actual problem…..
