What’s the point @premierleague @SkySportsPL @btsport of subscribing to all of your coverage if you can’t broadcast a title/relegation match that is more important than the garbage you do cover? I pay for both but I’m questioning why next year

The lack of data sharing between @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach is staggering. Zero intel shared on faults and problem management must cost a fortune in time, money and customer satisfaction. It has for me! Again … I would love to have a chance to redesign their systems

@KuyaMaxy @btsport What he said is completely true though. Big sides do get the decisions. Was never a penalty. Referee absolutely bottled it. ***** going away from goal and his hand is by his side. Stupid decision from the ref.

@bt_uk How can I be sure that if I call up again I’ll actually speak to someone who will help? Because more often than not it’s a total waste of time! (Hence why we’ve been stuck for 15 years paying for a terrible service!) my contract is up in 5 days and I’d like to change it.

@ITVSport I’ve watched football ton BTSport and BBCOne all on their apps. Your player is the only one with phantom ***** and players. Unfortunately satellite reception isn’t happening these days. Yours is the worst quality-wise.Not even comparing to PrimeVideoUK the clear winner.

@bt_uk here’s a thing. I have 0.7 - 1meg broadband at best. You advertise Broadband & back up of 4G if things go down. However you don’t supply just straightforward 4G? Apparently you sign people up to an EE contract instead which means customers lose BT email unless £££. Why?
