@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

Wow...it's 2022 and still @SkyUK's #skybroadband has a complete meltdown during a storm. I NEVER had these issues with @bt_uk. I'll deffo be back there when my contract ends with sky

@bt_uk I'm aware of that functionality Kelly but my point is that customer should be told the service will be out for over 2 days via email or text. The onus should be on BT to inform people.
