@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@bt_uk Need a telegraph pole, master socket, phone line, a date and some reliability. We dug a trench for a cable duct in conjunction with OpenReach in August then it all came to a halt thanks to @bt_uk cancellation (without any consultation) and has never been the same since.

I am unable to work from home, and @bt_uk suggests I should work at a friends house. How about u get an engineer to fix the problem. It’s funny how no matter what system is down, or if there is any faults, your system to take my money always works.
