@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

Spent well over 24 hours speaking to @bt_uk support all leads to them trying to raise this with openreach but from here has never progressed, has been terrible service.

@bt_uk I have upgraded my Wi-fi package 3/4 times and each time it was a short term fix your engineers confirmed that with the amount of wireless devices I have you broadband can’t cope so it drops devices then crashes we reset the router it works for a week or so then it crashes.

@bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

Just over an hour until I can see if the @bt_uk digital voice service finally starts working. Fortunately, I've only been waiting since 3rd December 2020 when it was first supposed to start. 🙄

@OpenreachHelp Please can you dm ASAP had order sat for past 4 months via @bt_uk, from what I can gather issues with order is with @WeAreOpenreach but no urgency to fix leaving me without service since October. “Essential Worker”
