@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk So I have checked online and BT offer me the same package I have now for an extra £9/mth or a package that is advertised for £41.99/mth for £64.99. No customer loyalty, time for a new provider!

@btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

@bt_uk Hi,I’ve just had to send a ‘fix’ text for the umpteen time over the last few months as our broadband has dropped off again 4 time this evening. Our last call out was last week and i don’t expect to keep on having engineers out to resolve issues on a weekly basis.

@bt_uk internet down again. Less than a week from last time it went down. DN3 3SZ. #openreach outside neighbours so wonder if this is part of a bigger issue here. Rebooted router twice and still get steady Orange light. No issues shown on check line page. 😫

@bt_uk Hi Jules, we are supposed to get at least 56. Router is flashing all colours of the rainbow, preferrably orange. I keep turning it off an on again when it gets REALLY bad but that doesn't improve things by a lot :/

@bt_uk @BTCare My 87yo father in law has been without a landline for weeks. Not a huge unless of course the landline is connected to an alarm for his disabled wife! Open Reach are like moles digging but not resolving the issue. This is disgusting
