@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk @wlcustoms Oh and each time I have to listen to your hold music for at least a half hour hoping someone will bother to answer. I think it's time bt started paying my hourly rate for all my time they've stolen this week. Let alone the reality I still have no service.

@bt_uk Probably not. My formal complaint is in progress. BT now knows way more about my thinking than they probably want to know. I doubt the signal in my zoom was dropping at my end, but who knows! As a service for vonnecti ity I am not complaining.
