    Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they canโ€™t provide this. Toothless legislation

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

    @btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesnโ€™t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

    seeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

    @bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and Iโ€™ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later Iโ€™m still without internet. Disgusting ๐Ÿ—‘
