    @mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

    @BTCare you’re bloody useless!! WiFi is rubbish, constantly dropping out. App says there is a fault so I arrange an engineer - few days delay but due today then he cancels last minute and no replacement. Service sucks-can I cancel contract based on your not fulfilling obligations

    @BTCare Phone service still available. We have been sent replacement routers, even though we did the analysis using a Hub5 router, that this was unlikely. Rushed home to provide support only to learn BT Systems down. Much wasted time on the phone (no online) with support staff at BT
