4 days after activation day and 4 phone calls @bt_uk finally get round to telling me they can’t get internet connected for another 8 days...3 weeks AFTER knowing there is a problem. Not once have they proactive communicated this and at all times needed me to chase. Between them

@bt_uk Are your phone lines not open, every time I call about my internet you send me a text and the phone ends. In the contract J signed up to speak to a British person not a SMS service!

Been trying to have @bt_uk installed since the middle of December. Between them and @WeAreOpenreach and a multitude of errors their end, thinking the Salisbury Fibre Project is complete have a date for the 18 May. Far too long and not good enough...

@bt_uk @MarcAllera could you please add call back to your queues. I have been on hold for >2.5 hours in the past week trying to upgrade a phone line to your fibre service. Having not been a BT customer for 10 years it has been a shocking experience/reminder why I left 💩💩💩
