@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsport my BT app has stopped displaying the casting icon. I have tried restarting my iPhone, reconnecting my tv to the Wifi but to no avail. It used to work, now it doesn’t. Can you please help?

@bt_uk Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried to contact Customer Service, tried the main contact number and tried the Fibre team as directed but going around in circles. My partner is a key worker and we cannot be without internet when we move in - this has been stated many times!

@mcfc9320group @btsport Apparently Bellingham is only 17, thank god they’ve mentioned it every couple of minutes to remind us. Truly awful coverage and I thought ITV was bad.
