Alex Turco |🇬🇧🇨🇾🇮🇪 (@alexjturco) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England
@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’
-

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.
-
James (@jamesdalegend5) reported from Monkton Heathfield, England
@bt_uk buy an upgrade for extra money each month, WiFi’s still shit. Buy some wired adapters and they dont even work ****** brilliant
-
Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Taunton, England
Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Kris Speechly (@SpeechlyK) reported from Taunton, England

-
Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England
@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues
-
John Ennis (@tomosgsxr) reported from Bridgwater, England
@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

Man City 2 0 up and Wolves down to 10 men, eh? Ah well, might as well all go home. The sooner some sort of sinbin is brought in to avoid this uncompetitive tosh the better. Absolute waste of a TV slot from @btsport @btsportfootball
-
Kez 💙💛 (@KeziaHinves) reported
Dear @bt_uk and @EE, please would you invest in unified tools for your customer services staff to improve both their own and the customer experiences. Transferring broadband service from one provider to the other is not smooth and neither has a single view of my accounts.
-
Chris Lane (@ChrisLa74965218) reported
@bt_uk possibly the worst broadband provider ever. Had service installed for one week and worked for 10% of the time. Now have no service at all but because I have logged a fault that's acceptable.

@bt_uk awful service. Been trying to become a customer a month now and you’ve put the engineer appointment back another month. Like you don’t want new customers. This is now going to leave me without broadband whilst working from home. Looks like I’ll be staying with @virginmedia
-
Nick Moulsdale (@nickmoul) reported
@bt_uk Sadly the advice is basically that the routers DECT output isn’t powerful enough. As BT don’t support ANY DECT repeater that works with SH2, there’s no known solution when the Router is behind 3’ thick 1694 walls. BTs DECT is non standard implementation.
