    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @bt_uk hi there, we've just switched landline, wifi and TV over to you but are finding it very difficult to get our phone number back. Being given conflicting advice and spent hours trying to sort so far. Elderly vulnerable people rely on this number, please could you help?

    Another little gift from @bt_uk today - a price increase from March ... would be nice if they connected me to what I ordered first.. mistakes and mishaps since Feb 2020. I have a service but not the right one! Not exactly the speed guarantee promised on TV

    @bt_uk your company is having an absolute shocker. You have now failed to get my broadband up and running for the 4th time. That’s 4 dates I have been told that @WeAreOpenreach would repair it. Never known such poor service. ******* cowboys
