Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk We have no problem with Royal Mail, and we are on all non-BT databases as far as we know. Only BT refuse to list us. This may be because previous owners did not want to be forced to use outdated BT land line telephones. I can give you my address by DM.

3 weeks with no WiFi...honestly how do @BTBusiness @bt_uk function.... worse customer service I have ever ever experienced.... then termination fees if I wish to leave HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. All non-UK based service agents who just go round in circles

@bt_uk If I attempt to use that method, I am refused fibre to the cabinet and I am asked to still pay for a very slow, minimal and outdated service, despite the proper internet connections being offered to my neighbours. BT should NOT be taking addresses off the database [period].
