Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk How can they be working to get this fixed ASAP if nobody has came to my house since last Wednesday? We where informed by the BT engineer he didn't have correct tools to dig deeper down for the connection and that Openreach would carry this out later that day?

@bt_uk Thank you, sadly another wait for an engineer appointment - through no fault of mine. I’d already waited three weeks for the one yesterday. Now a wait until 24th. Lisa was superb this morning with her help.

@MarcAllera @btsport Not EE! Please note that complaint is also being made to OFCOM. As I was unhappy with services provided by EE I recently closed my two monthly phone accounts with EE. I was sent a THREATENING letter regarding a remaining amount of £11.48 which needed to be cleared.
