Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Taunton, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • 25hazydayz Hazel Layzell (@25hazydayz) reported from Honiton, England

@ExeterChiefs @Harlequins @premrugby @SandyParkExeter @btsport @BBCDevon Good luck 🍀 and go hard @ExeterChiefs I’ll be throwing down a few tomahawk chops from home @BigChiefExeter Windy Park 🌬🌬🌬 will certainly live up to its name today 🤗

  • Rel3ound Rebound (@Rel3ound) reported

@bt_uk Paula that does not help at all. I am getting sick of this, it is repetitive.

  • t166er Ted Wicks (@t166er) reported

@drsje3 @bt_uk Consider yourself lucky, I've had 6 engineers, 3 from openreach, 3 from a firm called qube contractors from BT, 1x fibre optic modem, 3 smart hubs, 2 X hybrid connects & a total of 5 WiFi discs. Still the problem persists...🙄🙄🙄

  • RossMcEwan10 Ross McEwan (@RossMcEwan10) reported

@LivingStreetsEd @bt_uk @UNESCO In fairness to BT (who have a universal service commitment to maintain the boxes...I think unfairly)...it's not BT that is vandalising them. Vandalism is mindless and we seem to tolerate it.

  • RCarr1982 Russ Carr Official (@RCarr1982) reported

@drsje3 @bt_uk The reason i left @bt_uk is they were awful. Always have been always will be

  • UKBritVoice Stephen Lyons (@UKBritVoice) reported

@bt_uk Isn't Cloud Voice Express a Digital Voice Service?

  • wapping_residen Leslie Brook (@wapping_residen) reported

  • iamAmo_D Amo Dhillon (@iamAmo_D) reported

@bt_uk you need to re train your agents was told that I would have to pay £550 to cancel which is false no service for 3 weeks and multiple engineers sent out to try and solve this issue which you haven't been able to lol under guidelines I don't have to pay you anything

  • Millwardt2 Millwardt (@Millwardt2) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer they have but with an expectation it will be resolved by 9th June which really isn’t good enough @bt_uk - it seems that this is likely to be an engineers mistake or laziness causing the issue we’d appreciate it if you could look ASAP
