Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk Something I have never been able to clarify, will turning off marketing emails also effect operational emails? Afterall it is useful to get notice that my contract is about to run out.

  • aitch_R_aitch Rach (@aitch_R_aitch) reported

@bt_uk Hi Steph, I don't have an account number-I'm a potential new customer wishing to join, ready to go but both of your agents obvs don't need the sale!! I'm off to join @Plusnet now as they actually act like they want the business! #FurtherTrainingReqd

  • rogerafurness Roger Furness (@rogerafurness) reported

@bt_uk Speedtest is good and within limits for connection speed. All WiFi devices struggling to consistently connect with poor WiFi speed, never had any problems before. Please remote check hub for problems. Hub has been reset with no change.

@Manhattan_TV @AVForums Assuming the box works to begin with. No such luck here, and no response from support :-( Should I return it to Amazon and buy @bt_uk YouView?

  • CharlieLambert Charlie Lambert (@CharlieLambert) reported

@bt_uk Why choose anyone else? Hmmm. Maybe because no-one else could make such a bad job of installing your service? Because anyone else would bill you accurately? No-one else would repeatedly send you kit you haven't asked for? Just a few informed thoughts.

  • MadelaineLucieH Madelaine Hanson (@MadelaineLucieH) reported

Is your @bt_uk wifi down? Fix it using these three easy steps: 1. Warn your BT Hub that it's on its final warning. 2. Slice a potato in half, and insert some wires to form a circuit and place it under your BT Hub. 3. Kick your BT Hub to death and weep over it's shattered remains

  • craigfews Craig Fews (@craigfews) reported

@plusnethelp I was a @bt_uk for 3 years, had no issues with speed. Other than a few hours outage over that period, 💯 at 70+Mbps. I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩
