Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@virginmedia So I take it by your total silence and disregard for customer service that you no longer wish to support a paying customer? When it comes time for my DD to leave I’m thinking I might just cancel it and ignore you! Wonder if @SkyUK or @bt_uk fancy a new customer?

Is anyone else having issue with @bt_uk internet, the past week has been awful and I’m expected to do home learning but keep getting kicked out of zoom due to internet connection??

@bt_uk Yes I will raise a complaint, and I will also seek advice on the accountability you as a company have on this. Is a mere “sorry you are dissatisfied” is good enough? When people are dying from this virus?? Your staff should be wearing #ppe!

Nadia Mostafa
(@theNaMoShow) reported
@bt_uk @bt_uk this isn’t about customer service. This is about lives of your customers being put seriously at risk of contracting #covid simply because your engineers don’t wear #ppe when entering homes. Do you understand how serious this pandemic is? I will be contacting @BBCWatchdog

@joetracey7 @PippaCrerar @bt_uk There are several providers who run their own circuits, often now fibre, but also copper into customer premises. You also need to clearly differentiate BT Openreach from BT consumer (who made the offer to DfE). They are NOT the same company, have extensive regulation between

@bt_uk I’m using the checker on the ‘now’ tv box when the internet slows down and the picture begins to pixelate. Afterwards I did it again and it was up to 7mbps. It’s intermittent drop of signal, very frustration g.
