Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

  • whyteuk andy whyte (@whyteuk) reported

according to the @ombudservices it is acceptable for @bt_uk to: -advertise a service that doesn’t exist. -promise an install on service -roll installation date back with no communication for months -eventually respond to the complaint and put a 7mo delay on useless fools.

  • Tomahol1 Tom Holland (@Tomahol1) reported

58 days with no @bt_uk internet. 7 missed resolution dates. I've spent £57.15 on having no internet, owed £470.40 in compensation. Over these 58 days, @bt_uk CEO Philip Jansen has taken £417,600 in salary. Perhaps some of this could be more appropriately allocated. #stilloffline

  • tobycthatcher Toby Thatcher (@tobycthatcher) reported

@bt_uk Cool, so maybe, I dunno, invest the company's absurd profits & then offer your customers the option to pay more for what you claim (remains to be seen) is a better service as and when it's available. It's flat-out corporate greed.

  • rowleydan DanRowley mr Everton 2015 (@rowleydan) reported

@FreyaWoods8 @btsport No more cricket on BT = cancel .

  • Diertje123 Cornelis Tol (@Diertje123) reported

@bt_uk It got all sorted this morning. The person that was meant to call me was off sick yesterday. Took a while but we’ve agreed a new contract again. Thanks for all your help

  • alistairblevins Alistair Blevins (@alistairblevins) reported

@bt_uk how can you possibly justify a 14.4% price increase? I've only just reduced my bill through updating my package and you've managed to claw back almost everything I saved, for a lower tier service. What a cynical business model you have.

  • CityFibre CityFibre (@CityFibre) reported

@JakeWard180 @VodafoneUK @bt_uk Hi, Jake. Thank you for reaching out. CityFibre do not provide or support internet services, For internet service-related queries, please call your broadband provider directly.

  • Notretsam Shaun Masterton (@Notretsam) reported

@bt_uk " or just over £1 per week for the average broadband customer" I have a £6.39 increase, which is more than just over £1 a week. You can expect a call from me tomorrow, I'm not happy, it's a £76 annual increase. do appreciate the reply though.

  • robdymond Rob Dymond (@robdymond) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Dee, It's not the line though - I'm connected at full speed.. it's slow routing inside your network after it hits the kit in the exchange.
