  • steveprentice Steve Prentice | SWB (@steveprentice) reported from Taunton, England

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

  • sabaone Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, England

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

  • steveprentice Steve Prentice | SWB (@steveprentice) reported from Taunton, England

@nicholasjmorgan @btsport Hehe, living in the sticks probably doesn’t help. 😉

  • jamesdalegend5 James (@jamesdalegend5) reported from Monkton Heathfield, England

@bt_uk buy an upgrade for extra money each month, WiFi’s still shit. Buy some wired adapters and they dont even work ****** brilliant

  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Taunton, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • sabaone Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, England

@michael_taggart @BTCare Good luck with that , I only had BT once for few months and will never again. Their customer service is just non existent

  • scottww29 Scott Wilson (@scottww29) reported

@bt_uk Now BT will not review this until after the 29th Dec so goes into the new year before I get my line sorted. It's a shame that I've been lied to saying all messages passed on when obvs not. Shame this is the way companies treat their customers now. #NoWifiTV

  • CynthTellsIt Cynthia Spillman (@CynthTellsIt) reported from Pembridge, England

@bt_uk Your Openreach service is total crap! You can’t expect people to be without the net over Xmas! My husband and I work from home!!

  • scottww29 Scott Wilson (@scottww29) reported

@bt_uk Hi, had an email saying my complaint has been closed. This is not the case. This complaint needs to remain open until resolved and have a working service ref: VOL013-737697094583.

  • EmmaSara83 Emma Burns (@EmmaSara83) reported

@bt_uk What a joke that you say you are committed to keeping the older generation connected when my 89 year old grandmother has been without a phone line for 10 days because you haven’t sorted the issue. She’s old, vulnerable and her family are unable to contact her!

  • scottww29 Scott Wilson (@scottww29) reported

@bt_uk This is not a good service at all and even when looked at from 29th Dec this means still no service into the new year because of BT not doing their job they are paid to do. Very dissapointed customer.

  • RussToms Russ toms (@RussToms) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I am planning to switch my broadband to EE and cancel my tv/phone package with you. I have been told by EE that they can liaise with you regarding broadband but is there anything I need to do with you to the rest of my package. I am currently out of contract. Thanks

  • anasgameland Ana (@anasgameland) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk They’re awful. Not only did they deliver my router to the wrong address, they also disconnected the Internet at that address and then told me and the folks there that we had to wait a month for them to sort it. Switched to Sky, super happy now.

  • scottww29 Scott Wilson (@scottww29) reported

@HywelPlaidCymru @bt_uk @bt_uk spoken today and have said openreach will not review my case now until after the 29th Dec so that goes into the new year before an engineer will come out. BT said clear message showing need cherry picker the job. Not doing their job to help at all.

  • crustyano Crustyano (@crustyano) reported

@Vinc3Charming @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk He was actually. Sent a letter to the CEO - tbh there were many factors at wrong with us getting connected but we didn’t get any semblance of the issues until he sent the letter and then WE could coordinate the different parties - Lancs county council, national rail & openreach

  • scottww29 Scott Wilson (@scottww29) reported

@HywelPlaidCymru @bt_uk Thank you Hywel for your support with this but @bt_uk are still happy for me to go without a service until the new year due to them not passing on the correct information for the correct engineer to do their job.
