    @JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @bt_uk @BTSopenreach - after a major outage in Hither Green which lasted from 5-11 June, we still have intermittent connection. Broadband goes off overnight and in the morning, and for the past couple of days, in mid-afternoon too. Is this planned because no one seems to know?

    @bt_uk Well no the connection hasn’t happened has it as I have no fibre internet so you haven’t provided the service promised after me cancelling my old internet and I rely on internet to earn a living . Why would you not check before sending an engineer out it’s crazy I will dm u

    @bt_uk Every time we contact you though, it’s like there’s no acknowledgement that there’s been a major problem, and this might be caused by that. It was the same during the actual outage. Getting information is too hard - we kept being told 4 hours and it was 7 days!

    @bt_uk Honestly Laura, I’m not sure I have it in me to go through it all again, but thank you. We’ve literally just come off a chat conversation online. And we’ve raised a complaint about what really is shoddy service and terrible communications. But none of that is your fault.

    @bt_uk I've already spoken to your support team but as by the time the service could be restored I'd be moving and I really don't want the switch to my new address to be messed up also I will have to live with it. Just don't mess up the move date and services...

    @bt_uk Well yes. Larry turned up. Says there are no notes kept on any cases cos you have millions of customers. 😲 Surely all the more reason to have case records?? So he didnt have ladders etc. He has made a temporary fix. But confirms that previous engineer, Orlando, has cut the CONT
