Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk Yes the whole bill rather than any more complaints Twitter messages or hassle . Its least can do for the hassle and to keep me as a customer good will then resolved. It's for direct debit fee and the messing I've had chase it up despite bn told it was sorted. End matters todayc
