Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@JaneMinter @bt_uk I got rid years ago but kept the email service. Recently BT email went to pot, probably because of the split with Yahoo. I'm paying £7.50 a month for a not fit for purpose service. I wish you luck in getting an answer. Btw Merry Christmas!

@bt_uk its nearly 3 weeks I've been without BT TV channels. Each day my fault resolution date moves back a day. Is it time to switch to @SkyUK? Come on @bt_uk sort out the service I pay for!

@Joe__Hora__ @bt_uk @virginmedia we had a bit of luck after a similar issue but best we could get was a 4g modem with few terrabites of data untill we got it on (provided by bt) we also managed to get the wait time down to 8days from the normal 12 or so , so just keep on there ***'s :)

@bones633 @bt_uk I get 0mbps from Virgin because there's no cables here for miles and Virgin said they aren't going to lay them. At least BT could be arsed to put cables down here.
