Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk Yes they have after “hours” on the phone and then they charged me £40 it’s an insult. @bt_uk got it wrong I’m disabled recovering from cancer I’ve no window on the world other this mobile my life is shut down! I’ve got to wait till 27 Oct! And I told you Oct 3 it was happening !

@bt_uk Absolutely sick of this. An hour on chat the other week going through all my router/service, to be told it needs an engineer to come out, to then get a message to say nothings wrong. Then a week after someone from BT knocks on my door saying lots of people in area..

@bt_uk Friday plans were ‘work from home’ but because of the poor service @bt_uk I will have to work on my holiday. No one on your help desk has a clue what the problem is. How can internet provision be a week day activity.
