Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk The problem is those steps require that I am the "account holder". I live in the USA so I can't be an account holder....do you see my problem. The phone is completely legal and was given to me. No I can't get that person to unlock it.

@bt_uk I’ve done all that, and factory reset. It doesn’t work. If I DM you you’ll have me have me spending hours with a call centre. I need a new one and three more. The BT guarantee for WiFi throughout the house is not true. Flint walls block wifi. But this booster is simply broken

Disgraceful customer service from @bt_uk . Been waiting for our phone and broadband to be sorted for months & nothing gets done. Engineer appointments keep getting cancelled & no one able to sort out a basic issue.
