Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@btsport @JHenderson Why do you take so long to answer the phone but make it impossible to cancel a subscription online. It’s beyond a joke. I’ve tried to call a few times but it takes so long!!!! Worse customer service

@bt_uk I cannot put into words how disgraceful the service has been from BT. Back and forth for 2 days and still no resolution, just the same reply over and over again. I'm beyond upset and stressed.

@bt_uk BT, is it normal that you would send a broadband customer a ‘free’ unlimited data 4GEE WiFi Mini 2020 device, whilst they await an engineer visit? This has happened to my elderly parent.

Dear @BT_UK A friend's house has just burnt down. One of your colleagues told her she has to £700 to cancel her contract. REALLY? Her house has just burnt down.

@bt_uk we have had no internet all day. It is not us. Now everyone is home & hoping to work online. A month ago we received the Smarthub 2 & Unbreakable WiFi, the engineer has never returned to connect it. Will this bring joy - I doubt it.

@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.
