    @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕

    @bt_uk How about you deal with our problem - any assistance, a human who understands and is willing to sort out mother’s broadband issues after weeks and weeks of nothing would be appreciated.

    @bt_uk your customer service has gone right down the drain. your entire automated system is made of options that assume a million things that are not true for me. its just infuriating and you keep wasting my phone credit by failing to do basic back office jobs. call me ffs.

    @bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    @bt_uk She has tried that. She has been pulled from Pillar to post. It’s really not on the way she’s been dealt with and my heart goes out to her cause I’m at work and there’s nothing I can do except hear her sobbing down the phone.. getting her to ring the team directly is a waste
