    @btbusinesscare Twice you have breached the contract without even an apology, and continued to charge high fees for service that has been disrupted. Local business team are never available. Incredibly disappointed.

    @btbusinesscare Spoke to various people re problem . Don’t you converse with each other . You must have a record of all conversations re customers ….. surely .

    @nealesj @bt_uk @bt_uk did the same to Sonia's parents leaving them without a phone or broadband for weeks. Terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk Yes I would like my WiFi working after 5 days of nothing since changing to full fiber. We had a engineer book in today that had be mysteriously cancelled without informing us. Now can't even book in an engineers appointment. Even my complaint wasn't actually raised.

    @bt_uk I sort of don't have an account. I placed an order in my local EE shop but had to cancel. It was successful, but my account was closed, and i no longer have access. But today, i received the router. Will i need to return this? Still unopened in the box.

    @BTCare so apparently I get charged for calls people make to me when I'm in usa even if phone turned off or on airplane mode. I'm told it's my fault as I have my allowance set to £5 over my bill which is not enough for USA. So only solution I can see is post mobile back to UK
