    @WeAreOpenreach I really need your help getting fibre to the premises. Per the suggestion of your customer service team I have contacted my provider @SkyUK as well as @bt_uk and both independently say OpenReach needs to run the line to our house first. I’m stuck in a loop. Help.

    @bt_uk Hello @bt_uk Can I replace my Halo1 broadband & landline with 4G broadband & landline, due to slow connection & fibre access delayed for 18months or longer, for the same price, perhaps with EE 100GB or 200GB limit.

    @bt_uk I have now entered month three of no broadband connection from you despite being told repeatedly by @WeAreOpenreach engineers that they cannot see what the problem is. Still no update from the complaints team. Why do you treat your customers so appallingly?

    @bt_uk Says no known issues but we've had a flashing red broadband icon all day. Occasionally the router will go to steady blue or green but then back to flashing red. Heard rumours of issues locally but nothing confirmed.

    @AndrewMackeyUK @EE In case helpful, I’ve never had any issues with @bt_uk … quite the opposite. Very good customer service and value for money + completely reliable, fast broadband.

    @bt_uk I managed to get logged into the hub manager before doing the reset and my ipad was on 2.4ghz and when I reconnected my phone that went to 5ghz but the connection was still bad on both devices, I don’t know if that can help diagnose any previous issues?

    @OpenreachHelp hi Paul, it's 2 months now that I am contacting @bt_uk. All that I get is a different openreach engineer being sent to my house with absolutely no clue of what the problem is. Since Openreach sent approx 10 engineers, by now your company should have clear notes.

    @bt_uk Hi there. Our internet has been dropping all day today, resrt the router and removed devices in case it was struggling with the amount but there has been no change and impacted my work. Is there a known issue in Edinburgh? I'm a Halo customer and haventbad anything stable
