Currently a @BTCare residential FTTH customer and desperately want to switch the account to @btbusinesscare. But I'm told that I have to see out my residential contract! How dreadful ☹. No such problem at my other location moving from @virginmedia residential to business!

@bt_uk hey, my mum and dad have two of you BT HD voice phones. They stopped working yesterday but things were fixed this morning - however, they’ve lost all their contacts. Is there anyway to get them back? Will this happen every time they go down?

@bt_uk Thanks Nicola. I'll give them a try. BT's customer service is very unhelpful and seem to communicate with the technical team by messages and said they couldn't redirect my call. When I eventually got through to the technical team even they had to escalate it up- no idea to whom!

@bt_uk have left my 85 year old mother without phone for 2 days after botched attempt to connect her to broadband. Dangerous as her careline emergency call needs it to work. 1st customer “care” person lied to us, 2nd one better but still no phone. #btuseless
