@_helenalouise__ @bt_uk Interesting - we spoke to someone earlier & said it was an external fault, but ironically we saw 2 openreach vans down the road this morning. Was fixed for a few hours in the afternoon but on the whole, this evening it’s been on & off non stop 😐

@bt_uk So, 09.00pm has come and gone. No phone call to rearrange the engineer appointment. Still no explanation. This will be a very short BT contract indeed- only 5days. Such poor service and customer care.

@bt_uk So, why do you outsource suppliers who treat residents (who don’t even use you as their internet provider) like crap over the phone and again.. give NO WARNING. My mum now can’t do her job and can’t help very sick terminal patients because she can’t access the internet.

@bt_uk we’ve been given the number of the workman’s manager who gave us a bullshit ‘sorry about lack of notice’ but there was ZERO NOTICE. You know people are working from home including actual key workers. Your ‘manager’ on the phone was rude, had zero answers and no clue.

@Kash91Hussain @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk When my BT contact got in touch with OR they told her that there had been a general problem but that it had now been fixed. It's just nuts that it's impossible to get any straight information from anyone.

@love_belfast @WeAreOpenreach They’d do better to improve their customer service. Together with @bt_uk they’ve failed to turn up for appointments & you’re then reverted to a systems that would keep you on the phone for hours & try the patience of Job.

@bt_uk NO NOTICE yet again to work on internet in our street,no note through the door. This is the 2nd time it’s happened. My Mum works for the @NHSuk from home and now she can’t help her patients because YOU didn’t even give us one day’s notice. DISGUSTING. Shame on you BT.
