@bt_uk I wish you would reply to our messages regarding our landline. We have a contract for unlimited phone calls so why have you broken your contract and disconnected us?? Running a business is hard enough these days

@bt_uk Completely hopeless. Report fault on 12th. Engineer booked, visited and fixed fault in 5 minutes according to tracker! Check yesterday about booked appointment today- no need to be at home sir. Cancel time off. Told today they do need access. Joke company.

@bt_uk Thanks. It’s not a scam call. I got a debt letter for a BT contract that I’ve never taken out. I spoke to the company but wanted to speak to someone at BT too.

@bt_uk is there an issue with the distribution of return bags. I’ve continually requested every time I have received an email reminder. Never received a bag and I bet I’ll be charged for not returning it

Wow @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare substandard service since we moved into our work premises in Sept. Apparently it is acceptable for the internet to drop out every day for a least 10 mins a time🤔🤔🤔 passed from caller to caller and now you want £250 to send out an engineer!
