@bt_uk Because I went to your help and used the chat option and they told me to ring that number for help. The point is, when you ring that number and press 2, does it hang up on you as well?

@bt_uk How do I speak to someone at your company without using the phone please? I have hearing trouble and the background noise on your calls is horrendous? I can't even hear clearly with hearing aids!

@bt_uk The problem isn't something you will be able to help with. One of my Simpler Networks powerline adapters stopped working. Totally dead. Probably the fuse. I removed the four screws to check but it still won't open. I wanted to know if there's a catch, or a fifth screw I missed.
