    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    Recommendations required for broadband. Currently with @bt_uk but their customer service is crap. Do any of them provide a decent service for a reasonable price? #bt

    @bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

    @leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

    @bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

    What a totally negative experience calling @bt_uk has been. I’ve been trying to cancel an order for a month without success. 12 calls, endlessly on hold listening to appalling music. NO ONE seems able or willing to revert the order. Complaint ref number C10003089417 @Ofcom

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
