Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
-
Billy Kelly (@billykellyWWK) reported@HolderSuzan @bt_uk The communication companies are always terrible at communicating 😒
-
Lisa Mackenzie (@lnmackenzie1) reported@bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@bt_uk As yet again the email service is faulty and not available for some time isn't it about time a rebate was given to your customers for not being provided with the service they pay for?
-
Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported@bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

alunvaughan (@alunvaughan) reported@bt_uk What's happening with your site please? First webmail, now whole site down which is no good when other sites send 2FA emails you can't get to :/
-
Jake (@jakehumphrys) reported@Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed
-
erika x (@_erikacx) reported@weblivz @bt_uk Got the exact same problem now
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported@bt_uk 2 weeks in with just 2 nights tv. Using HELP every night. Your help desk said its my TV. Nonsense

Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
