@Ofcom @bt_uk Thank you, the problem appears to be that I am stuck in the middle, BT are saying that I need to speak to my alarm company and my alarm company are saying speak to BT. Please can I request an escalation within BT to help me? Thanks

@arthistorynews @bt_uk What worries me is the lack of phone in a power cut, we have very little mobile signal and rely on a wifi boost box so with no power we could have nothing! Am going to go and listen to the you and yours now!

@bt_uk Worst service error charge me for engineer visit even thou fault was outside house. Piss take. Definitely leaving when contract ends.

@bt_uk Hi Laura, but that would I suspect be a waste of time. You'll tell me to phone in, but I have spent hours, days, on the phone to BT, with repeated promises to fix this over months. It never happens. I've never come across a more dysfunctional company.

@bt_uk It was reported to OR by my relative's provider. Independent engineer had assessed line & said the fault was on the incoming line & to ask @TalkTalk to contact Open reach to check it. No idea why the OR never called back after he said he would. Sending a DM

@bt_uk Hi BT I have a question about the new #VOIP to replace the #PTSN. If someone fails to hang up on your call but you hang up and dial a new number will this new number be dialled or are you still connected? Scammers use this ’feature’. I’m in the UK.

@SketchLisa @BTCare My son had a BT broadband problem that went on for months, countless days taken off working waiting for engineers etc. Terrible! He eventually moved and swapped supplier 🙄
