@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@btsport I have bt business with #btsport included but every time I want to login in ask me to activate my account and when I put my account number to activate its says account number is wrong. Please help me.
