Do @bt_uk intentionally make it almost impossible to pay your bill over the phone? I think they do, so you sign up to direct debit! Bad line to India, confusion, cut off, won’t take a certain card & constantly asking the same questions.

@bt_uk I can see your employee outside, up the telephone pole. I understand you have to update the cables/network but there was no letter/email informing us that work would be taking place.

@bt_uk It’s a new development in that my installation due today has now been cancelled by openreach. The issue is ongoing and has not been rectified. I placed the upgrade order in December.

@Yxllop @bt_uk That's an aerial based channel so most likely cause is the aeriala and/or recieved signal. Hope that helps

@bt_uk Hi there. We’ve been trying to set up our new SmartHub box for over a week and have had two appointments missed. Now told it could be another 48 hours. We’ve had to take an unpaid day off work to accommodate this delay and have had emergency requests refused. Please help.
