@btsport Paying put loads just to watch MotoGP. Get home after a 12 hour shift to watch practice catch-up on the app. Find out catch-up is only for races. What the hell? Will practice and quali be added to catch-up or should I just cancel my subscription now??

@bt_uk My wifi been **** for the past 5 days been trying to contact you guys and nothing is there any explanation of why the wifi running so slow and can't even have a proper Facetime Post code E2 in london in case if that helps

@bt_uk shocking, utterly appalling customer service. Tried to sort a home move, spent 4 hours on phone trying to sort their mess, moved in today and no phone or broadband. Please sort this or I will cancel my subscription

@bt_uk Your broadband is so unreliable i have to pay for 2 BT lines + an emergency 200gb 4g router to make sure i can keep my business going.
