@btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

@bt_uk no chance. Not sure how you can help tbf. If your competitors can turn internet back on in seconds why does it take you guys 5 days? It’s actually day 6 now so that 5 day rule doesn’t really apply.

@bt_uk My broadband has been down since Saturday and the mini hub is unreliable. Day 6 and still waiting for it to be fixed. Was told it would be fixed midnight today at latest. Looking unlikely...

@bt_uk paid for 24 hours access to a BT WiFi hotspot and as soon as I pay, the signal goes to absolutely nothing and I can’t do anything. Waste of money! Can I be refunded?
