Idiot Sauvignon (@mark_snow) reportedNever again will I use @bt_uk for residential/business purposes. @RNIB registered friend asks me to help with phone, after he used his pin to connect a call via 195 & the call wouldn't disconnect. I phoned 195 & was hung up on twice when explaining the problem. Utter disgrace.

What BT don't tell you is that their service will never ever run at the "guaranteed speed" and you'll most likely go days without any service at all. 2 days and counting here, trying to run a business, no contact from BT at all.

You texted to say you AIM to fix by midnight on the 9th November! No you need to sort this now in the next 4 hours.
