@bt_uk Talk the talk BT, I have had 4 years of shabby service, even laughed at by your call handlers when they heard my son with additional needs having a melt down & self harming due to no internet! Then hung up before I got his name. Call that listening & empathising?

@MarkMartindale Exactley this, Sky/bt were against because ESL were going to go with a streaming platform and cut out the TV out from the revenue loop. The EPL would then follow suit. It’s just a question of time really as this is the future, hence BT trying to sell BTsport

@bt_uk Unfortunately the engineers looking at our problem have referred it to the Fibre team (?) who give a complete date of 19th July. So without Internet or, if reconnects, v slow Internet till then, maybe longer 😟

@TheDaiLlew @virginmedia @bt_uk I've had a similar issue with BT. 3 engineers who all said my router was too old to deliver the service I was paying for. BT insisted I had the right router for my package. Took ages to get any substantial improvement and I can't use zoom at the back of the house.

@bt_uk So you sent engineers out but there were no issues, you called me to tell me there were issues and faults but there are no issues? Did we just enter the twilight zone! You’ve sent me multiple messages, telling me there were issues!

@btbusinesscare I don't buy that at all! You've moved the teams online because it means you can save money and dumb down the service even further! I've dealt with your 'complaint team' several times before. The whole set up just smacks of "we don't care" it's genuinely terrible! 8 calls now btw!

@bt_uk 2 weeks in new house 4 faults 4 engineer's still no internet new one booked for today 8 til 12 still not here!!!!! wtf is going on?

@bt_uk So if you are unwilling to solve the issue, please release me from my contract so I can go elsewhere to someone interested in solving the issue! @Ofcom every time I report, bt say they have repaired it, but the same thing happens 6 weeks this has gone on!
