@bt_uk Halo 900 customer. Same fault on my broadband for 2 weeks now; digital voice means no landline either. Two weeks. Openreach engineer didn’t turn up today for the appointment - 2nd time in a week that’s happened. Service is atrocious & nobody is bothered.

@bt_uk Our fiber to the property has been down since Wednesday and we both work from home. Fault raised and engineer says fault is on the network but no update! Not happy thinking of leaving!

@bt_uk I am a new customer to BT. Signed up to Fibre 500 on 15th Oct. All kit installed, no internet connection. x3 Fault engineers booked, x3 fault engineers didn't turn up. Can't believe how poor this service is. No solution in sight. HELP
