  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  @btbusinesscare I tried the links you sent for WhatsApp and got absolutely nowhere, BT customer service is absolutely terrible. I can't emphasise how bad your customer service is.

  @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I can’t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

  @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an £5 a month. Then increased to £10 then £30. Been streaming it since
