    Nah @bt_uk you’re having a laugh. They finally turn up nearly 3 hours LATE! Why is it so difficult for you to have HUMANS answer a phone? Stop automating your **** with AI voices and options. It’s a piss take.

    @bt_uk Pensioner upgrade to Digital but gets free upgrade. Engineer comes and goes. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

    @bt_uk I was told, on Sun, that it was planned 2b here Mon. Then told Mon it was planned 2b here Tues. Now told tomorrow. If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now I’ve had to cancel a job of work “in case” this persists! #unacceptable

    @bt_uk you’ve sent me a returns label to an email address I don’t have access too. I cba to ring so can we sort it on here please. Also, I’m sure I paid for the equipment when I started the service so why do I have to send it back now?

    Almost a yr after i left...and im still getting emails and texts from @bt_uk telling me my bill is ready .. plus they never paid me the money they owed me #BT #EE make it stop

    @bt_uk can you provide best contact to make a complaint please. I am not a customer, however I am concerned about a recent upselling tactic with my elderly vulnerable aunt when she phoned regarding a line issue.

    @countrymousie @btbusinesscare Got the same problem with sky- disk moved, so no signal, told to go to sky help on T.V that just tells you No Signal 😫

    Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog
