@bt_uk please can you help - our fibre was fine for the first couple of weeks but has gotten worse and worse and now is barely working - we're working from home and can barely load anything and meetings keep cutting out. The app won't even load to check speed. We need to work!

@bt_uk First it was flooded cabinet,on FridayI was told it was a cable issue? and your telling me it will be after the 25th of May before we go live. Can you tell me when my next scheduled call back is due? As I have a lot of complaints to discuss since the 12th of April.

@bt_uk My Engineer has just left & He was fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. I've spent a Wk with no real Internet. I'm Housebound due to being Disabled as a result of serious Chronic Health issues. Gaming & Chatting online is a major thing for Me...

@bt_uk Yes a complaint is logged,I want to know when I will get a call about this, your colleague told me on Friday I would receive a call to discuss the complaint and issues I was having. Your colleague also told me on Friday that a cable was damaged or rusted. So someone is lying??

@bt_uk I understand that it’s not splitting out the network, however, as I can connect to the disc at 800Mbps why am I only getting 20Mbps download speeds from it? For devices like an Xbox then, I’d actually be better getting a home plug rather than discs?
