@bt_uk every time i call to ask you to fix my terrible WiFi I get a different answer. Latest is my line has a fault. Engineer says it’s fine but that the set up you advised me on last time is wrong. How do I get a proper answer??

@BritishTelecom @bt_uk Any idea when you are going to fix v26 of the BTCloud desktop client? Clearly untested before release. The forums are full of the AV issue and systray app crashes. V17 was perfectly ok.

@bt_uk your broadband technical support are an absolute JOKE. A week ago I reported a lack of service and I’m still not back online. Your service engineer has attended the fault and said it may be ANOTHER WEEK before we’re back online. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! Absolute disgrace.

Hey @bt_uk been on hold to you for a total of 8 hours this week. Been promised multiple call backs which haven't happened. Been trying to organise internet for our new house (both work from home) for three weeks. No resolution forthcoming from you.
