    @bt_uk hi my btinternet address has stopped working. I canโ€™t get into it. It told me to call 0800800150 but I donโ€™t have a BT number so I canโ€™t get through the menus. How can I fix this?

    @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

    @DeborahBlythe @bt_uk BT are useless!! Had an engineer booked in today to sort out our tv and WiFi , he turned up at the front door said I havenโ€™t got a tool for that as mines broken and walked off .. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk Wasted weeks of my time on this , you have failed to fix it . Told me you were sending an engineer , never arrived . You told me it was my equipment but all my stuff is BT . The digital phone line never worked either

    If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text donโ€™t even have the manners to call you.
