@bt_uk "Here to help"!!!! One month now with no phone line and no internet after our Internet was diverted to a house down the road, unbelievable. Average 40 mins on hold every call to try and sort it, getting nowhere. HELP

@bt_uk phone and Internet suddenly both down this evening. Separate sockets so must be external. Have reported but says won't be resolved till Thursday. Can't work from home without Internet! Help!

Ordered @bt_uk broadband deal on Thurs and have spent 3 hours on phone since cos the order has failed on system. Ended with them wanting ME TO RING THEM (with attendant wait) when order cancelled so I can reorder. Had to raise a complaint for them to ring me. Absolute madness.

@bt_uk Engineer was supposed to come between 8-1, never arrived. Rang up, said they'd send another one, never arrived. My whole day waiting for people who didn't come. And the original one not checking it was working. I'm giving up. Now Sunday with no Internet as BT is off

@bt_uk I’m just curious, I’ve paid my internet bill & my WiFi keeps playing up. It is on blue but it’s playing up on all of my social media apps & even on my tv. It will not load apps.. loads of people across the UK are having problems I’m just wondering what’s going on?

@bt_uk we keep calling up saying that we need fibre as i cant even send school work with this terrible copper broadband we have. i like with 4 others and we are getting 10mb download and 1 upload when we have been promised fibre for 2 years now
