@bt_uk i hate poor customer service but the last 36 hours have been the worst ever. A house move is stressful enough you have added to it in bucket loads. Not the first poor experience but cant even get clarity on complaints process and cancelling contract

@BTCare Speed this morning 1.94 Mbps! This is my NEW Halo hub! So much for guaranteed speed! 😡I believe I've duped by BT advertising blurb! Installed 12/7, two and a half weeks of problems!

@bt_uk 2of2 she is at her wits end with you and you haven’t fixed the problem, feel sorry for whoever picks up the phone when my brother calls you later as we are fuming and she is crying - great way to treat a vulnerable customer - suggest you step up and do something

Imagine paying @bt_uk £20 for 5 days of Internet, only for it to last 5 minutes before going down. Now the hot-spot isn't even showing on my WiFi list, and I have no way of getting a refund...

@bt_uk absolutely appalled by your shocking service my mum is clinically vulnerable over 70 and totally failed by you; without internet, phone and any WiFi 3 times this month, unable to communicate with her friends and what do you do- give her £32, tell her to book engineer
