@SketchLisa @BTCare A further point the problem might not be on your property in My case they ended up digging up the road some 2500 yards away where they found s problem with some cables

.@bt_uk broadband and landline down in the NP16 area for over 3 days so far, no mobile coverage so left without ability to work or make emergency calls, not estimated to be fixed before next week, no progress updates, joke of a service

@SketchLisa @BTCare You need to get them to connect you with a case manager based in the UK . They were telling Me for 18 months that there was nothing wrong until they allocated my case to someone. They then found the problem

@bt_uk Thanks Eamon. The status has said the same since yesterday evening "Sorry we can't provide a fix date at the moment. Please check again later." When can we expect an update?
