@bt_uk Now being told we can’t have the hybrid hub unless we upgrade to a different plan but still with no guarantee of better speed. Also now being told the ‘issue’ is inside the house, funny that numerous engineers said otherwise?

@bt_uk BT down in L19 area? Your website said it was due to be fixed at 20:13 but the fix time has now gone and still no internet. 40+ minute wait to get though to someone, cba. Second time this has happened in 2 weeks, appalling service

@btbusinesscare please help me. Had FTP appt booked for 2/11/22.Kelly Group technician arrives and leaves within 15 minutes. Said he wasn’t authorised to drill through my exterior wall. Due to open new business Saturday 5/11. The stress this is causing is so unfair. please help

@virginmedia. No TV service for over a month now broadband keeps cutting out yet you are taking my direct debit each month. Was on WhatsApp, got cut off because I didn’t reply within 8mins despite waiting 1hr for a response. Shocking service. Will be looking to switch to @bt_uk
