@JennyLeeSummers @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Good luck Jenny. We had all sorts of trouble with BT/Open Reach a couple of years ago, couldn't believe their incompetence, but it wasn't as bad as this. Do hope you get it sorted, they are completely out of order.

I want a new phone bracket installed on my house. Why does @bt_uk take 30 minutes to figure out it's OpenReach that does this, gives me a number, only to find out, erm, OR have stopped their phone service! For a £10 bracket and a 10 minute job, this is world-beating uselesness.
