@BTGroup @bt_uk what on earth is wrong with the internet?Stop buggering around with the bandwidths?Currently watching catch up tv through my BT box and all it’s doing is freezing. It’s been like it all day.I don’t pay all this sodding money for full fibre to get piss poor service

Usual shambles @bt_uk. Remote reset of hub **** up cuts us all off but apparently that’s not a loss of service. New hub might be here Thursday. Who knows? No Wi-fi for kids’ schooling till then but apparently that’s also not an issue. Hard to believe but they get worse

@bt_uk Another “late payment” charge because you screwed up our bill and were correcting it so we could pay. We’ve had to call you nearly every month since April now because of **** ups to our bills/service. Not calling again and not paying the latest late payment fee!

@GabyRoslin @BTCare never known any business be so atrocious, and at the same time feel so insulated against complaints by a sheer "F you we've got plenty more customers and loads of money" attitude. Really really awful, I avoid them like the plague now. Hope you get sorted
