  I signed up for @TalkTalk #fullfibre and I’ve gone from full wifi access over my house to only the kitchen having reliable signal and apparently the answer is pay extra for full house. I can access neighbours @bt_uk and @virginmedia signal but not my own #notgoodenough

  Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp how useless! Been given 5 different dates that our internet will be turned on and still nothing ! No answers, no updates nothing!!! 5 dates and still no internet!!!!! And as for the useless EE box BT have given up.. awful!

  @bt_uk I’m not sure an apology helps. I pay for a service I haven’t received , no offer of refund for loss of service, didn’t send a box when it was first reported, closed the case without even acknowledging the impact it’s had on my neurodivergent children who rely on it for down time.
