@bt_uk hybrid connect refusing to connect to my hub via app.cannot test my signal-just stops at that point ..plugged in to hub circle is green..unplug and try and move for better signal circle goes white ? Help !

Hi @bt_uk, engineer tells us we need a new hub for the FTTP connection to work. Therefore, why on earth wasn't a new hub sent? Defeats the purpose don't you think? BT help/support tell me the hub should arrive tomorrow, let's hope it does.

@MattHancock @bt_uk I’m not delighted that the government has now advised the NHS that the rollout is to be significantly reduced from March 29th due to supply issues. You’ve spent all of this time telling the public to “do it’s bit” now this appears to suggest that you haven’t done yours. #failure

@MattHancock @bt_uk Why on earth are you pausing shielding when most shielders have not had their second jab? Furthermore the supply issue means less of the population will be vaccinated which increases risk! Where is the common sense????
