@bt_uk They put me thru, it kept cutting off. It's been a frustrating thing that part of me is now regretting. My toddler is 4. She didn't exist the last time I was a TV customer! I didn't need it. It was "sold" to me as there isn't a youview box any ore. Pluse the deal. I cancelled NF.

@bt_uk What is the next stage of complaint after the BT complaint handler? Glad I was on phone with him when the dropout occurred. I've been told 4 months that it's all fine. I am self employed, WFH and have no income without a reliable WiFi signal. It's been weeks and weeks now.

@bt_uk It's not just about the compensation. I've been asking for an engineer for a month only to be told there is no fault. I've been told so many lies and I'm not getting the service I've paid for. I can't be left without a functioning service and I'll be paying £60 PER MONTH soon.

@bt_uk recently constantly nagging for there money yet they refuse to help there customers really not good customer services and before anyone says there are other Digital VOIP companies don't bt have blocked anyone from taking the line over i have proof but i can't share on here
