Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes π₯΄ Give me strength!

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk Iβm absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was βI promise I work on behalf of BTβ. I said I can promise Iβm the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, itβs dangerous and itβs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itβs unforgivable to do this in this manner.

I guess its another day on the mobile phone (thankfully Vodafone) chasing the elusive BT Cloud Voice team, for another update. why do BT think this is acceptable?
