    About to move house. Currently looking at options for broadband in new place. Main problem is trying to find prices for 12-month contracts. @VMO2News only seems to offer 18mo, and @bt_uk website defaults to 24mo Not obvious how to find the 12mo deals @Ofcom may need new rules

    27) Yes, that can take 5 days to get copper internet set up - so thats not an option for me 28) My only option has been to cancel my BT order. How can @bt_uk scale their fibre optic if this is the flow? Im now back on @EE broadband

    @bt_uk Is there an issue with BT email this morning? It will not log in. It's not a problem with any other site, just BT email. It was the same yesterday morning.

    @bt_uk awful customer service @bt_uk 30 mins on phone, no help because you messed up I'm not a customer, but you have my bank info and take my money, complaint info - call but no option for complaint, so go online can't complain without ID, but i have no ID coz you failed to set me up!

    OMG - so @RoyalMailHelp can't deliver a package & now @BTCare and @OpenreachHelp can't schedule an appointment. The complaints departments are totally useless & can't actually provide any help. I feel sorry for the people there, must be terrible not being able to actually help

    @bt_uk I've had nothing but problems with my Internet keep on disconnecting and reconnecting.. this about 10 times now since yesterday afternoon. What seems to be the problem? It's a joke what's going on

    @bt_uk Spoke to 2 people on Saturday said I wanted to cancel, filled in a online form which I got with my new contract email if I wanted to cancel, so yes I have cancelled. 3 different ways.

    @bt_uk I can DM but can you guarantee something will change? It has been ongoing issue since July. We’ve been charged late fees, even though error is yours and threatened to have our phone lines cut off when our charity runs a support line for vulnerable people. It’s shocking service.
