@bt_uk hi, can you guys help? I'm a BB customer but I keep getting letters for the previous house owner, despite returning them marked no longer at this address. I just got off the phone with accounts who said I should get in touch with the previous owner to ask them to call you

Never seen someone improve in such little time than @alexvolkanovski, if he didn't win fighter of the year I would've eaten my foot. The guy looks absolutely unstoppable at the moment. Double champ 2023? @btsport #ufcawardsshow

@bt_uk where is the live chat option on your website? I want to discuss why my monthly payments have jumped from £19.99 to £47.99 Without anyone contacting me .This is a disgusting way to treat your customers.

  • Vinc3Charming Vinc3Charming (@Vinc3Charming) reported

@btbusinesscare Openreach keys to successfully business. 1. Monopolise. 2. No customer service, that would cost money 3. Just blame the supplier if anything goes wrong, so it's them that get all the complaints and investigations. 4. Don't bother meeting appointments or working. 5. Profit.

  • Hasto1 Paul 💙 (@Hasto1) reported

@bt_uk Laura, apparently the engineers will be back on Wednesday. I am massively disappointed by BT's service levels and will be looking at alternative providers for her once she is up and running again....

  • paulstone40 Paul Stone (@paulstone40) reported

@bt_uk In which case I'd like to cancel Now sub (taken out on 9th Dec) - tried via phone today but told they couldn't. I'm hard of hearing and subtitles are essential for me.

  • dave_merritt Dave Merritt (@dave_merritt) reported

@WeAreOpenreach beyond shocking experience in getting my full fibre service set up. You are completely letting @bt_uk down. Do you even talk to each other? An hour on the phone this morning to be told you need to CLOSE MY ENTIRE ROAD to fit the service. Thanks for the update! 🤬
