@BTCare so I make a complaint of pressure selling to renew my BB contract with BT , told I’d get a call in 72hrs - no call back but email closing complaint …complain again , told manager will listen to tapes and contact me … no contact again & email closing complaint again 😠

@bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

@rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

Genuinely done with how shoddy the service has become. I'm. A loyal customer, been with them now for quite a few years and ready to just up and leave. Looks like switching back to @BTCare on their Full Fibre is the best option. I want rid of Now.

Just been told by @bt_uk, @OpenreachHelp have said my broadband will be on this coming Tuesday at the latest. It was supposed to be on on the 14th January. Open reach not being customer facing is outrageous. BT just *************** out of me, taking 0 accountability.

@OpenreachHelp I have been with no broadband for 6 weeks. @bt_uk just keep telling me I’m waiting on you. been told 10+ times ‘broadband will be on within 48hrs’. The line is established and I have a phone line. What the hell is going on? DISGRACEFUL service from both parties.
