@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

  • AndrewButlerNet Andrew Butler (@AndrewButlerNet) reported from Countess Wear, England

@livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

  • MOMXW Rugby Unicorn ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻 (@MOMXW) reported

@Briz_SK @RuckinRugby @btsport No one said their original intent was to do something harmful. The problem now the know it's a problem & everyone knows they know but they're still trying to defend it. In light of the overwhelming evidence to the contrary they are trying to maintain an outdated narrative.

  • Yaro_Harwood Yaroslav Khromyak (@Yaro_Harwood) reported

@bt_uk BT U.K.,The services you offered over the last 2 months go beyond a horrible customer service or a simple delay with an engineering visit. They humiliated me as a person m and left no option but pursue official complaints with ofcom. You should be ashamed of yourselves

  • 1Mulligans LM (@1Mulligans) reported

  • SE0NA SMM (@SE0NA) reported

@bt_uk Nothing possible to be done according to customer services today - soonest install date was next week and access to TV apps etc can't be reinstated until broadband is activated. Having customers work from mobile data for a few weeks is apparently not something that matters to BT
