@btbusinesscare You decided to close that account but in doing so have shut my broadband down. You have arranged for an engineer to come round but he couldn't make the BB work, he seemed poorly briefed by you. He ended up trying to phone your call centre and was unable to communicate the issue

@BTCare ring customer services, get a “better deal with sports etc” ring sky, get offered (and accept) much better deal. BT ring me, I explain what’s happened. BT then say they can do better priced deal. If so, then why not offer it to me first?? Very poor

@bt_uk very appalling customer service with dodgy Openreach Engineers. Service has been down in my property for near 2 weeks still no resolution. Not going to get into detail but the Engineer and the Attempt of Fraud has been reported to the police. ABSOLUTE JOKE & DISSAPOINTED
@SkyHelpTeam Maybe that should be stated by the advisors at time of conversation. I'll happily take a discount to cover the cost of the unnecessary purchase of a Network Switch as I wouldn't have needed it with @TalkTalk or @bt_uk
@btsport I like to watch NCAA basketball. Because it is on late at night, I record it to watch later. You allocate 2 hours per game and the games frequently run longer so that I don't get the end of the game. If another game follows immediately, there is no problem . . .

The worst possible explanation for taking ages to answer the phone or actually not answer it at all is 'we are very busy at the moment'. Get more people! BT and NatWest take note.@bt_uk @NatWest_Help
@bt_uk @dxarhaz Dear Catherine, The isssue isn't with the cabling as it has been fine for the last 7 months. The issue is the constant loss of connections and inconsistent speed at times.

@bt_uk just spoken to your support about my router not being delivered (turns out you haven't even sent it) . Told it will not arrive until Monday leaving me without Internet for 4 days. Please confirm you will reimburse me for a 3rd party router so that I can use the Internet
