    @bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

    Hi @bt_uk there is a problem with my elderly neighbour’s connection, meaning she has no phone and no broadband. I can only speak to you through an automated service saying it could take 48 hours for an engineer to look at it 1/2

    Hi @bt_uk a bit of a problem we have chucked away the return sticker that was attached to our new fibre hub to send the old bit box back is is possible you can send another one so we can get it back to you. Cheers.

    @livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

    @rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

    @BTCare so I make a complaint of pressure selling to renew my BB contract with BT , told I’d get a call in 72hrs - no call back but email closing complaint …complain again , told manager will listen to tapes and contact me … no contact again & email closing complaint again 😠

    @bt_uk after 7 weeks delay 4 different engineers and countless calls Openreach have finally installed a line into our new property on Friday, only to be told it will be switched on April 9th…desperate to escalate this HELP

    @bt_uk I’m a very disappointed customer. Around the 20th Jan we applied to you for internet in our new house and still nothing. Comms has been terrible, the hub you sent us is awful and now we can’t connect to the BT hotspot - help!!!!

    8 missed resolution dates now @bt_uk. Not only that, you've changed the fault to fixed, and now I can't track it. You owe me so much compensation I'm going skiing. Offline for over 10 weeks. Explain.

    After 3 weeks of complaining to BT and ask for a manager to call back I have been unsuccessful. I was told via inbox that a manager would call me on 20/3 and this did not happen. The customer service is absolutely appalling. @bt_uk

    Had nothing but issues with @bt_uk internet. We have been with them for years but never has the internet been this bad, we used to have 76 download, a record for this area but now we are at around 4.

    @BTCare how come bt mobile is the only mobile network in my area to go down when there’s a power cut? Everyone else’s phone is fine. I couldn’t even phone to find out what was going on. Couldn’t check the Scottish power website, nothing. But your asdas and tescos signal work ok
