@livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

  • AndyMackay_ Andy Mackay (@AndyMackay_) reported from Exeter District, England

So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

  • AndrewButlerNet Andrew Butler (@AndrewButlerNet) reported from Countess Wear, England

@btbusinesscare You decided to close that account but in doing so have shut my broadband down. You have arranged for an engineer to come round but he couldn't make the BB work, he seemed poorly briefed by you. He ended up trying to phone your call centre and was unable to communicate the issue

  • AndyMackay_ Andy Mackay (@AndyMackay_) reported from Exeter District, England

@BBCiPlayer Fab. Looks like that list is just Blueray players. Thanks for your help. @btcare FYI it looks like the message appeared on Youview boxes in error.

@bt_uk I’m getting sick of the rubbish service in South West London, sort it out

  • sonic_simon Simon Andrews (@sonic_simon) reported

@bt_uk It never solves the problem, and with the current situation I would rather that everything was 100% guaranteed working at the exchange end before we let anyone else into the house. When EVERYTHING else has been ruled out, then we would be consider an engineer in the house. Thanks

  • PeterClumpy Paul The Manning (@PeterClumpy) reported

@bt_uk Hi after numerous dropouts, poor up and download speeds I’m at the end of my tether. I’m working from home and rely on my internet. All of your diagnostics say there’s no fault, yet I can’t even open the recent email from you about my bill... please advise

  • Statto1927 Simon Hiscocks (@Statto1927) reported from Barry, Wales

Commentator on this match just apologised if any Portuguese speakers are hearing any “fruity” language as can hear players clearly. Going to be a nightmare for @SkySports @btsport commentators when UK football restarts. Will be continually apologising for bad language 🤬

  • Keleeb90 Kel 🌻 (@Keleeb90) reported

@bt_uk @Tnulty95 I think if you’re going to search BT and reply to customers tweets it should be to see how you can help, not to see how you can make us look stupid by asking irrelevant questions! You guaranteed 50mbps and we are getting 5!!

  • burnsr92 Ryan (@burnsr92) reported

@bisping @btsport Damn keeping Gastelum in there too

  • heather_iona Heather (@heather_iona) reported
