Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk you are breathtakingly awful. You are very efficient at taking money, but not at actually delivering a service. I'm seeking legal advice. You can't stop blaming other suppliers for you inability to activate people's internet in a time like this.

@bt_uk I can’t write articles on my phone. My phone provider is also charging me extra for the extra 4g I am using . We both can’t use the mini hub as the signal keeps dropping out. We can’t print vital items and if we don’t get this sorted I’mnot only losing money but paying out extra

@bt_uk what is going on with my complaint,no one seems to want to take ownership and resolve. Have been trying to get broadband installed since mid May, missed appointments, no updates and still numerous phone calls to you and still no connection. Shocking service 😡

One thing that might help is suitable consequences/punishment/ID etc - but just saying ‘hate is bad’ ain’t doing much 🥴🥴 it’s actually offensively token

@bt_uk Our Internet has been down for 2 hours in the Leytonstone area but I can't check for updates as we don't have a landline. When will this be fixed? I've already had to cancel two meetings today and have a large work deadline for the end of the day.

@defiaye @bt_uk My mum has shorthand & took detailed notes so I was able to raise the utter nonsense she'd been fobbed off with. Write everything down & explain you rely on it due to your disability. I was polite but pointed at their tactics for stalling investing the resources to fix it.
