Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@Plusnet is the worst broadband experience I’ve had.. With @bt_uk I had good ping, good download speed, no issues with packet loss, latency variation, nothing, With plus net I suffer. 3mb download is soooo good…

@bt_uk So we are absolutely clear - why should I pay to upgrade when you are not providing the service contractually agreed and meets our needs?!! If you want us to move to your alternative service because you want me to use it instead of that already contracted, YOU PAY!

@bt_uk But the email was sent to me AS an existing customer, with my a/c number etc. It was asking me to upgrade - I hadn't been mistaken for a potential new customer.

@bt_uk I mean I'm happy to try to avoid taking this externally but if it's the same templated responses the chap gave to my wife.. I'm not sure how far we will get. He tried to say it was our responsibility to terminate the second account you guys opened to fix your original error..

@bt_uk When you wait 7 months for your internet to be connected, then receive a txt saying we have cancelled your order but still charge for the service not connected and then fail to get a scheduled call back………. Anyone care to help sort this mess out?

@bt_uk New year, horrendous service. It has been 3 days now of trying to get someone from BT to actually give a damn given that I need the internet for you know my livelihood -"I understand". Ok so can you explain to me what the issue is, why haven't I got a functional broadband?
