@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.
-
Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Taunton, England
Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Steve Prentice | SWB (@steveprentice) reported from Taunton, England
Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Stephen Jewell (@bergiebigboy) reported from Taunton, England
What a horrible commentary team @btsport . Posion Owen & Jenas.

Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, England
@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

@nicholasjmorgan @btsport Hehe, living in the sticks probably doesn’t help. 😉

James (@jamesdalegend5) reported from Monkton Heathfield, England
@bt_uk buy an upgrade for extra money each month, WiFi’s still shit. Buy some wired adapters and they dont even work ****** brilliant
-
John Ennis (@tomosgsxr) reported from Bridgwater, England
@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

@btsport why can't I watch BTSport1 on my android device via the virgin tv go app? I am getting a rights restriction message. I pay for the service so should be able to watch all programmes irrespective of the device being used.

@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

If you don't want functioning broadband during a pandemic, then I highly recommend @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp We are approaching 11 days without working WiFi and a 4G temporary fix that doesn't work. In a time when so many have to wfh this is verging on diabolical @BBCWatchdog

@btbusinesscare I have not been impressed with your services and charges to my business the last 12 months! I would like to speak with someone please ASAP and there is no email address on your website I can register my recent complaint with, please advise thank you

@bt_uk Why choose anyone else? Because BT is crap. 2megabits for 60 quid. That's the DL, the UL isn't even 1 even on a good day. I've moved away and gone with Sky, and DL is 16-20megabits, for like 25 quid. Downloading a full GB doesn't take a hour or more now, only 10-15 mins.

@bt_uk The address on the account is wrong that’s the whole problem! I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct BT’s error. I was also told that BT sending my hardware and details, including account numbers present no breach of security!
