    @BTCare Trying to take out a package online. But address won’t verify due to ‘bt website technical issue’(quote from your online chat- I have transcript) Therefore being told to call. But the phone agents can’t give me online packages. So I am being penalised for a fault on your website

    @BTCare awful service from your phone agents and online chat agents. Constantly being passed back to either one. Happened 6 times now and I’m trying to give you business as a new customer!!! Really not reflecting well on BT as my first time dealing with you. Can anyone HELP!?

    @BTCare I wanted to see what package I had, what speeds I ought to be receiving and how to cancel my contract. Never mind, I will phone up and do that.

    @BTCare ...and then it switches to 4G. Using my data. If I pull down the settings and select my own network, the one I'm sitting by ,it's like 'oh right that one!' Then connects for 5 mins, signal is apparently 'good'....then it forgets again.

    @BTCare Ridiculous to ask me what speed my contract states when I signed up 15 years ago. I had 2mbps then and 3.6 mbps now. Of course 0.25 mbps is not acceptable. Shameful tactics trying to avoid resolving the issue.

    @BTCare Can't believe the standard of responses from BT today which has ranged from telling me outright there is no issue with the line to trying to convince me that the minimum service has been met and therefore you will do nothing. As if web pages not loading is ok

    @BTCare Only after 3 phonecalls has BT identified a line fault within 10 minutes and flagged the issue with BT OpenReach.

    @BTCare For the record, I have wasted 1 hr 30 mins on 2x different calls to your UK 'Tech' team who claimed there was no fault on the line. BT 'Care' on twitter refused to assist and tried lying to me that there isn't a problem, as though I would make it up.

    @cumbriats please can you provide me a contact number to make a complaint regarding @BTCare as I have been lied to consistently and not provided with a service advertised that I have paid for and am contracted to. This has been happening over 24months!

    @BTCare Autocorrect fun there: Donegal should have been “in London”... so... have there been issues with 4G in London today/this weekend? Service has been shocking.

    @BTCare Internet was supposed to be reconnected on the 15th. Nothing. Then was told 20th. Nothing. Spoke to 4 advisors all telling me different things. Said that a complaint had been made on our behalf and compensation and no communication at all!!

    @danielstorey85 @BTCare Should have gone with @zeninternet to be fair, best customer ratings in the industry. Wouldn’t touch el cheapo bt/sky etc with a barge pole
