    @bt_uk I’ve cancelled my DD, but can’t get through to you to cancel the service. Can’t chat, your phone no answer. Surely fact that I cancelled the DD means I don’t want u anymore...but all the send is email saying you will send me a bill so I can pay in a different way!

Penalty taken and was saved, slight infraction by player not taking or saving penalty doesn’t affect the match despite technicality
