@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

@dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

@bt_uk Yes left with no broadband at all. As BT have disconnected the Sky FTTC service. Supposedly by end of Tuesday coming even though I reported it yesterday afternoon. Been told it's an issue at your end and not at home. So why hasn't it been done today or done as a priority tomorrow

@bt_uk I’ve tried both those options! Our address isn’t in the drop down list (even though the rest of our street is) so can’t order online & the contact centre can’t place an order either! Given them details & they keep saying they’ll call back but never do.
