So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

@SueFlood52 @bt_uk Due to Xmas there will be limited support staff however you can Text FIX with your landline number to 61998 which will trigger some automated tests on your line and if it doesn’t fix your issue then BT will be in touch. Cost of Texts are free unless you are on Virgin mobile.
