This broke four weeks ago. The connection cannot be fixed in the short term. But no-one has the authority to 1/2

Jessica (@HY07XBX) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Its not showing as an issue on the BT checker and the text check wont work as I am with Vodafone for my home broadband. They told me open reach is working on the cables in my area and it can take 24 hours which is just not acceptable on a Monday during working hours.
