Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, EnglandI mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. -
Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, EnglandSo, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.
-

-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk your customer service has gone right down the drain. your entire automated system is made of options that assume a million things that are not true for me. its just infuriating and you keep wasting my phone credit by failing to do basic back office jobs. call me ffs.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedUpdate on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here
-
Akram🇵🇸 (@akrxm94) reported@bt_uk What’s the point if when I call and I’m on hold for more than 10 minutes, I get cut off? Why can’t there be a simple button to press to cancel subscriptions?
