Spoke to virgin support and they say it can up to 48hrs to "gel" never heard such bs in my life.

Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

There was nothing further they could/would do.
