@bt_uk once again your internet is shit. Goes down constantly. Phone the complaints line and always in a ridiculous queue. Will never ever go with BT again. Piss poor service and lies at the start of the contract. @Ofcom need to watch these pricks.

Appallingly slow internet from @bt_uk. Have people working from home (again) in my company & all day long the service has been cutting out or crawling at 3-5 Mbs. We don't need the stress of this on top of everything else. I'm trying to catch up on work now at 2:38am!!!

I have to say, that @BT_UK customer support has been consistently brilliant, to my amazement. They've really upped their game compared with 20 years ago when I left them in disgust. Never had to wait more than 2 rings for my calls to be answered, friendly and helpful advisers.
