Andy Browne (@Everlands_001) reported from Dursley, EnglandHe said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, EnglandSo, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Nathan (@nath_ball) reported from Bristol, England@bt_uk @NOWTVSport trying to watch liverpool, only thing streaming in the house. The resolution is so bad. shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
-
Seán (@mylastsatoshi) reported@bt_uk Hello. A customer of yours in Ireland had their internet disconnected yesterday. The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
-
David Jackson (@davidjjackson) reported@bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

-
trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.
-
Shelley Squire (@badshelley) reported@bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?
-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
