    @BTCare With all due respect you’re telling me that I can solve my internet woes by using your online shop when I don’t have the internet!! Wouldn’t it be proper customer service for BT to just send us a dongle?

    @BTCare Trying to take out a package online. But address won’t verify due to ‘bt website technical issue’(quote from your online chat- I have transcript) Therefore being told to call. But the phone agents can’t give me online packages. So I am being penalised for a fault on your website

    @BTCare awful service from your phone agents and online chat agents. Constantly being passed back to either one. Happened 6 times now and I’m trying to give you business as a new customer!!! Really not reflecting well on BT as my first time dealing with you. Can anyone HELP!?

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp Appreciate they are a busy team, totally get that, but they knew about our go-live on the 1st and had done for at least 2 weeks. We’re no pre-checks done, before the concierge service got in touch to say it’s all ok, we’re moving your on 1st.

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp Would becoming a Business customer get us any quicker turn around? A review 5 days on from our supposed go-live is not acceptable, especially when we don’t know what that ‘review’ consists of. What is the review, in technical detail? We’re paying for a service we don’t have.

    @BTCare My housemate was told there were no lines available, there would be a review on the 6th, but that means nothing, what does a review mean? We need it sorting, @OpenreachHelp, can you assist please? You told me yesterday to speak to my ISP (BT) but it’s an issue your side.

    @BTCare Hi Paula, no, all we heard was there is a ‘review’ on the 6th, 5 days after we were supposed to go live. ... the communication has been poor, we have had to ring to get updates, if they are out of lines in the CAB whats going to happen to get us connected? A new card? 1/2

    @BTCare We don’t know unfortunately, as have only just move in, I’m guessing it would have done between us and the previous tenants, but I could say how long, I have all the account details and address if that would help?.

    @BTCare Hi Ash, thanks for the quick response, no, we had initially received texts from the concierge service saying, moving date coming soon etc. But my housemate had to ring up to find any update on the Monday when we expected the go-live, I had taken the day off work. 1/2

    @BTCare ...and then it switches to 4G. Using my data. If I pull down the settings and select my own network, the one I'm sitting by ,it's like 'oh right that one!' Then connects for 5 mins, signal is apparently 'good'....then it forgets again.

    @BTCare I was told that that’s the earliest that you could schedule in. You were quick enough to stop the service (against my request), but I can’t fathom why the delay in getting us online again.

    Terrible service from @bt_uk @BTCare I initiated switch to another provider, then I cancelled switch (confirmed by BT employee) expecting everything to carry on as normal. All services cancelled 5 days later and 1 month until services can be restored! Seriously?@MoneyTelegraph
