    @bt_uk once again your internet is shit. Goes down constantly. Phone the complaints line and always in a ridiculous queue. Will never ever go with BT again. Piss poor service and lies at the start of the contract. @Ofcom need to watch these pricks.

    @bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

    @dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

    @bt_uk I’m furious, spent 1 hour on the phone today ,after feeling I’ve been pushed into a package which I wasn’t given the full information. I opened a complaint, within hours I’ve been told the complaint been closed? I’ve had no contact from yourselves to discuss an outcome .

    @bt_uk Had issues with my bt box. The TV repeatedly turns on and off. 2 TV’s have broken and we’re now on our third. It’s clearly a box issue and not a TV issue. We had a new box a few months ago but it’s still happening. Currently paying £80 a month for this. How do I cancel?

    @bt_uk 4 weeks with no internet, work from home with son with severe behavioural problems who uses YouTube to relax and focus. A single cable broken but 6 fix dates not delivered on by BT, and giving contradictory and misleading information. Not happy with BT customer service!

    The problem with watching @WWE live on @btsport is that there are FAR to many adverts. Literally. It's so annoying. They need to go one full match, break, one full match. Repeat sequence, OR, go ad free again. It's almost unwatchable. Luckily I can watch on catch up and skip them

    @bt_uk That’s fine, except BT told me I had to pay £14/m and that was my only option and were happy for me to cancel my whole contract. It was only when I googled I found out the alternative. Clearly HT happy to rip off unknowing customers

    @bt_uk Hi Dee, I spoke to BT on the phone and they want £14 extra a month (I am paying £30/m so 50% increase) to make sure I have wifi in every room. I am still within my 14 day cancellation period and BT would rather me cancel & go with Sky than give any better price!
