@bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

@bt_uk What's the best way to get help for Digital Voice? It's a week past activation date, and it's still not working. I've run through the web checker a couple of times, it says activated but detects a fault. Tried SMS version, rebooted multiple times etc. 1/2
