  @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

  @bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

  @chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone.   PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.

  @bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?
