    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk Fab. Almost 2 weeks without broadband. @bt_UK and @WeAreOpenreach continue to f**k up. Just been told that fibre team will let them know by Friday what the problem is... no mention of a fix yet. Please sort asap.

    @bt_uk EE bill me, but the welcome email was from yourselves. I understand that this makes you a third party, but all I’m asking for is a little advice. Do you sell two ways of accessing your your app to EE? Is the app usage you sell to them the full version or a watered down one?

    @bt_uk hi, my elderly housebound mum has been left without broadband since 27th July and won’t be looked into until 9th August. She stays alone and relies on broadband. This is a terrible service, can it be looked into asap, please?
