  • Williewoose
Terry #LSE ٹیری (@Williewoose) reported from Wroughton, England

@chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

  • ATaylor87
Andrew Taylor (@ATaylor87) reported from Calne, England

@bt_uk Should have been, but definitely wasn’t. It’s super helpful when both my wife and I have to work from home. It’s still not working though... even though I’ve got emails saying it will be live by midnight last night... thanks BT!

  • itspaulbunney
Paul Bunney (@itspaulbunney) reported from Swindon, England

I’d rather hear my own nan choke than listen to @RobbieSavage8 “commentate” on @btsport #ARSVAL currently got peppa pig on my headphones watching this shit.

  • gilesshaxted
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England

Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

  • DaveJacko60
Dave Jack (@DaveJacko60) reported from Swindon, England

Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked, well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

  • ChrisJSparrow88

@bt_uk hi, BT estimating two days of internet outage in my area whilst they fix and issue? Very disappointing, and I have work I need to do.

  • DeanTurnbull01
Dean Turnbull (@DeanTurnbull01) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

  • Nightingale26
Linda K Berkeley (@Nightingale26) reported from Lambourn, England

  • mbooton
Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

  • MrMarkHarris
Mark Harris (@MrMarkHarris) reported from Cirencester, England

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

  • PhilJPeacock
Phil Peacock (@PhilJPeacock) reported from South Marston, England

@bt_uk How can we raise a formal complaint as this is unacceptable and disrespectful of our time by @OpenreachHelp - appointment was confirmed yesterday and we waited in- why couldn’t someone have phoned to say unable to attend? Lack of customer service or common decency

  • PrettyVintageC
Pretty_Vintage_Boutique (@PrettyVintageC) reported from Faringdon, England

@BritishGasHelp @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp showing all new levels of customer service failure in getting it wrong every single step of the way !

  • mbooton
Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

@bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

  • CarolLo58903853
    Carol Lord (@CarolLo58903853) reported

@bt_uk Have finally spoken to someone this am. Despite it being a similar fault rectified by openreach in the past somewhere down the track, was told nothing BT could do & suggested I try a different b/b provider!! Only after making a massive fuss I now have an open reach appt on Mon

  • chefkernal
    Kernal 💼🧼 (@chefkernal) reported

@bt_uk I was calling to cancel a contract for an elderly client but you can’t appear to verify who she is even though I can do it and I’m a 30 year old man putting on a funny voice

  • tilly4071
    andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported

@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  • nathanrob__
    Nathan (@nathanrob__) reported

@bt_uk I would like to make a complaint regarding a visit by OpenReach today regarding the free full fibre upgrade? I cannot locate a email or get any luck with the chat bot. Please can I have some assistance 😌

  • SemiEssessi
    Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported

@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here

  • jonbarnes10
    Jon Barnes (@jonbarnes10) reported

@bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

  • Jason_g_117
    Jason (@Jason_g_117) reported

Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  • LesleyT88
    Lesley Talbot (@LesleyT88) reported

@bt_uk your customer service is terrible! This issue still hasn’t been resolved! Told this morning that your executive customer care team would contact my mum to discuss the issue as a priority and she still hasn’t had a call! Paying customers are clearly not a priority to you

  • LoftusRogue
    Loftus Rogue (@LoftusRogue) reported

Moved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.
