  @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

  @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

  @chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone.   @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

  Hello @bt_uk my internet is very bad and I’m getting 30 to 50 mbps download and 5 to 10 mbps upload, normally I get 65+ mbps download and 10+ mbps upload. I have the fastest internet package yet my internet speed is horrible, I can not play fortnite like this I will be washed.

  @DaveThePepper @bt_uk It’s been the case for years! I have no issue using any Apple device in most places to access email through Apple mail. I wouldn’t say I’m using an app. Just the iOS email set up for BT Internet as default account. IT team at SoHo house can’t resolve. I can’t access BT as no bb

  @bt_uk Okay, so can you right a report that as a new customer I feel these are unnecessary and BT should change them to be 1 simple email and no text msgs with links in the email if people are unsure. New customer feedback, that's all this is.
