    Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

    @bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes during my work lunch break. Is there anyone who can assist? I have never received an account number and so cannot set up a MY BT Account to see my bill!!

    @bt_uk your Internet service is terrible. We've had problems constantly for the last 3 months and it has dropped yet again this morning. What will you do in way of compensation?

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    Rant back on, why ******** am i paying £37 for @btsport only have it to watch WWE but RAW has become an unwatchable mess, I love NXT but they’ve butchered that & Smackdown, ok SD is bloody great but not worth £37 a month.

    @bt_uk How can we raise a formal complaint as this is unacceptable and disrespectful of our time by @OpenreachHelp - appointment was confirmed yesterday and we waited in- why couldn’t someone have phoned to say unable to attend? Lack of customer service or common decency

    @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk . Hi, my internet has always been bad, recently has gotten worse and only reaches half of my house which isn’t big. Multiple delays to our supposed super fast rural upgrade isn’t helping. Why am I paying as much as others with super fast broadband when mine rarely works
