    @BTCare Hi, I spoke to 1 of your complaints handlers yesterday: Natasha. As a resolution specialist she left a lot to be desired. Rude, condescending, arrogant, & unhelpful. As a long standing customer, I expected better.

    @BTCare You could not be more inaccurate if you tried. You have issued me with 2 landlines, 2 cloud phones, no broadband to my business and “allegedly” fitted a hub in the wrong building which you did not have access. Cancel all my contacts.

    @BTCare Hi again The basic broadband we were promised whilst the fibre issue is ongoing hasn't worked all day. I was told it should work by 6pm but could take until midnight but here I am at 0046 and nothing....

    @BTCare I cancelled my email with you b4 you put price up however have had notification of money owed I can’t use other methods of communication as I don’t have any other products therefor don’t have an account number I have previously spoke to 2 overseas agents to cancel

    @OssettMike @BTCare I had the same thing when I tweeted but they seemed to get bored. Give them 24 hours and then log a complaint if it isn't sorted.

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission

    @BTCare Yep spoke to Kevin today could not resolve the problem. Now the issue I have is I’m not about to take time off work for a fault at you end.
