    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but itโ€™s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I donโ€™t receive!

    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor

    @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait
