Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
