  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk I'm not phoning again. I've had two complaints open both closed with no contact. Genuinely what is the point of calling. You will log a complaint again and then ignore me again. Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with
