    @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.     Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!
