After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk HELP. I have two cut off elderly parents who live alone. We are very worried and it feels like no-one at BT is able to help at all. Order placed in July 'accidentally' disconnected in August and now have neither phone or data. This is no way to treat people! Terrible

@bt_uk have been trying for several days to get thru to yr call centre with no success. Nor can online chat help. Even your complaints dept aren’t taking calls! I want to cancel our Account with immediate effect. How is it acceptable that a telecommunications Co won’t take calls?
