    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @RyanJMeek @bt_uk We have had engineers out putting the infrastructure in place for FTTP and were told that it just needs connecting by Openreach now from the pole to the property However now 'field based issues' prevents this from happening. 4th deadline has now passed #mentalhealth

    @bt_uk Early May was when I upgraded. Having to go fibre direct as bt cannot fix a fault in my area. Can even get new line installed. Becoming a joke now

    @michael91510009 @bt_uk Yeah Marc was really concerned about my situation and got someone to reach out to me. Nothing came of it by the way. Wouldn’t trust anything they say. They’re full of ****. They’ll just keep blaming open reach and won’t take any fault for the issue your getting trust me.

    Such a contrast in customer service between @TalkTalk and @bt_uk I had a problem, contacted BT by text, and was phoned back really quickly. The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job
