    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged £400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we don’t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    @SohoPRGirl @bt_uk I’m so appalled that I just want to cry at this point 😪 I’ve now had all the prep work carried out by my own builders/electricians and @bt_uk literally has to connect a 60cm length of cable but hey, it’s easier to just cancel the order… 💩

    @bt_uk @btsport My WiFi is down ,my ring doorbell and ring security cameras are offline I have them due to a neighbour and his friends causing trouble . I got laughed at by customer services for explaining , I have them for my safety and protection, they made death threats how’s that funny!

    @bt_uk It’s not ideal the neighbour and his friends know my ring devices light up when it’s recording and they have clocked on there is an issue 😞, my devices work with WiFi connection not data unfortunately. Also have bible study on zoom 😞 in an hour

    @bt_uk Really upset with the service I received today. Engineer visited to connect our broadband (8am to 1pm) appointment. Left our home at about 11:30 to “pop out” for something, said he wouldn’t be long… three hours later no site of him. I called customer services

    My @bt_uk landline hasn’t been working properly since last Wednesday. Whilst I hardly use it, that means no internet, essential to my work. A myriad of calls & site visits later and still not resolved. Now my appointment is cancelled by @WeAreOpenreach? Service beyond shoddy.
