    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged ยฃ400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we donโ€™t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasnโ€™t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BTโ€™s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @GlobalClarity1 @bt_uk @YouViewSupport Hi, This may be a case of having to recalibrate/retune your BT TV to pick up the channel. BT Boxes's can sometimes lose a channel due to temporary signal loss. Let us know if this helps.

    The @bt_uk saga continues.. after agreeing to upgrade my current line. It has been reduced to a non existent 4g network till 4th may. Itโ€™s gone from 13d/3up, on Friday it was 3down/3up now you canโ€™t even load google for a speed test. Why canโ€™t my original speed be turned back on

    @btsport Dont care too much about the fans either though do you? Moving kick off times no thought of fans missing last train home, charging ppv prices in a pandemic. You lot can jog on too as noone gives a **** about the fans ,don't pretend you do
