    Ok so here we go again damn BT change their security settings and once again anyone trying to access their emails via an Apple devices is screwed for weeks to come and spends hours trying to correct a problem not of their doing. It should be @BTCare just don’t care !!!!

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged £400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    @bt_uk customer service is a total joke. My parents have had no service since 18th Feb and despite countless calls to the fault team and a guarantee that issue would be fixed today. Nothing. Fuming is an understatement.

    @bt_uk .No internet since 23rd Feb, 1st engineer out 5th March and couldn't fix, 2nd engineer ment to come out today 9th March(no show). Called up and found out he wasn't even booked,shocking when i recieved 3 messages today saying that engineer richard will see you soon

    @bt_uk Yes I do. But because of you. And it's Wednesday. Your company is horrific as I'm am being charged for a service which was mis-sold, and I'm not even connected to your broadband! Your customer service has been appalling and unhelpful. This is affecting my livelihood!

    Hi @bt_uk why is the max roaming package you do 500mb for £6 a day for the USA? Most other networks offer far more, even EE which is the network you use!

    @bt_uk New digital voice service. My hub is tucked away in a kitchen cupboard. Do I have to rearrange everything in order to plug the phone in to it? I only keep the landline for emergencies so it’s feeling very pointless and annoying!
