    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we donโ€™t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged ยฃ400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

    Ok so here we go again damn BT change their security settings and once again anyone trying to access their emails via an Apple devices is screwed for weeks to come and spends hours trying to correct a problem not of their doing. It should be @BTCare just donโ€™t care !!!!

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over ยฃ40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine.     The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk
