    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged ยฃ400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasnโ€™t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BTโ€™s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we donโ€™t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    @btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you canโ€™t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

    @bt_uk absolutely useless - TV is slow in buffering and laptop is slow but do you think I can talk to somebody with a bit of common sense? No. Been told everything is fine but itโ€™s not. I want an engineer out to fix as I need to be able to work from home.

    @bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. Iโ€™ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโ€™m moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโ€™m done with BT, me

    @bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which Iโ€™ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. Iโ€™m astounded itโ€™s even legal. And why take payment before?
