  2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

  @bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work

  @bt_uk I've have been given a reason, yes. However, I have not placed a new order. As I expressed to the colleague of yours that I spoke to, I do not regard an order being cancelled without notification as being indicative of good customer service.
