@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

I've been a customer with @bt_uk for years. Broadband connection issues have become more frequent despite BT putting their prices up. Once again today there is another fault. Once again to do my job I'm forced to connect over mobile data. No more. I'll be switching providers.

@LilRecordGirl @bt_uk Fiber caps out waaaay higher so best guess is a line is messed up, or the decoder for the signal isn’t right somewhere; aka, noise. I’m sure it’s a fault on their side with their equipment.
