    @btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

    @BTCare Nope it’s blue, even after I have reset and done all the tests that I’ve been asked to do it’s still the same. And then I rang up to complain again and got roped into renewing and now I’m tied in so can’t cancel without paying!! I’m not paying any extra...So annoying!!

    @bt_uk Not help either. I am forced to use BT otherwise my sport package cost goes through the roof. I expect a service from a premium brand I.e the internet to work so I can use the stuff I need and pay for

    @bt_uk Dee you misunderstand. My internet is with BT. I need this in today. I was making the point of how this affects me financially and services that my family use on a daily basis. How it impacts my work. Telling me to use a hotspot does not help or buy an internet dongle does

    @bt_uk Bt is the worst interent provider that exists, their customer servise is practically non exitstent, their products are just awful, and they make up all kinds of excuses. DO NOT GET BT if you want working internet.

    @bt_uk Received a communication by post today, envelope states; “Upgrade to Superfast Fibre Plus for (emboldened) no extra monthly cost”. However when opened, the letter says “exclusive upgrade for £8.50 extra a month”; misleading at best; a customer for over 50 years deserves better.

    @bt_uk Very frustrating, my landline is broken, we’ve reported it BUT we keep getting texts talking about our broadband! UNPROFESSIONAL! Listen to what we’re saying (3x now).. Broadband = FINE, Landline = BROKEN!
