@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@bt_uk I have been trying to get support for a True Key issue, but told by help line that support poor "as no-one uses it" and cut off after 40 minutes. Please can you tell me where to contact to get proper support?

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

Officially opted out of #digitalvoice. Ignored and landline still taken away. Since 25th March we have no working phone line from the previous telephone point. The 'new digital service' is unusable. Numerous calls / emails from us and no resolution by @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph

@Schroedinger99 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I use different provider for landline and mobile, so if there's a problem with the broadband I can tether the mobile. At present my (soon to expire) mobile contract has an unlimited data plan.

@bt_uk I sincerely wish I hadn't left Virgin Media. Ordered 11 Mar, Live chat 16 Mar to confirm order of TV - confirmed, 19 Mar installation of BBand lead left for TV, 25 Mar complaint made as no TV yet, No reply for 2 WEEKS, still waiting for TV 😡😡VOL013-575336039242

@bt_uk 1 month & still not connected to the broadband. @WeAreOpenreach never sent a completion code so our order timed out & we had to start all over. Was told we’re going to be added to a priority list for tomorrow but been told it’s not happening and new date is 21/4! WTF, BT?!
