Ok so here we go again damn BT change their security settings and once again anyone trying to access their emails via an Apple devices is screwed for weeks to come and spends hours trying to correct a problem not of their doing. It should be @BTCare just don’t care !!!!

2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

@bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare
